If you’re traveling with a partner, the balcony is a great place for a quiet dinner or just a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the old city walls. The lights from the nearby church of St. Nino flicker in the distance, adding a sense of history to the scene.

Parking is a bit of a challenge—there’s no on‑site parking, but you can find a spot on the street for a few euros a night. The building’s security system is solid, with a keycard entry that’s easy to manage. I didn’t have any trouble with the Wi‑Fi, the speed was fast enough to stream a movie, and the TV had a decent selection of international channels. The bathroom is tiny but surprisingly clean, with a shower that has a good water pressure; the soap and shampoo were from a local brand, which was a nice touch.

  This is one of the most attractive units I have rented as a traveler. It is super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner has created a beautiful unit. He is obviously very creative and has made many great choices for design, sensible utility, and beauty. The apartment is large and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is even laundry machine for your convenience. We loved the little patio for our morning coffee or evening glass of wine looking over the tree-lined street. The apartment is in a great area, very central to all that Tblisi has to offer. We appreciated the owner checking in with us via WhatsApp to make sure we were comfortable and did not require anything. Bravo!!!!

  Дуже добра локалізація… Все знаходиться поряд. Стара автентична будівля з антикварними меблями, але з сучасним ремонтом та умовами для комфортного перебування. Господарі житла які прийняли нас як друзів. Це був цікавий досвід.
