The location alone is worth talking about – you’re right in the heart of Sololaki district, which honestly is where you want to be if you’re serious about experiencing Tbilisi. I’m talking cobblestone streets that have stories older than most countries, and you can literally walk to the sulfur baths in about three minutes (trust me, I timed it after one too many glasses of chacha). The Narikala Fortress looms right above you, and there’s something pretty magical about having your morning coffee while looking up at those ancient walls. Actually, the whole neighborhood has this lived-in feel that tourist areas often lose – you’ll see babushkas hanging laundry from ornate balconies and kids playing football in tiny courtyards.

What really impressed me was how they’ve restored the building itself. The original architecture is still there – those gorgeous wooden balconies and carved details that make Tbilisi so photogenic – but everything works properly. The plumbing doesn’t make mysterious Georgian folk music at 3 AM, the wifi actually reaches your room, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. I stayed in a room facing the courtyard (which I’d recommend, since the street-facing ones can get a bit noisy when the weekend crowd gets enthusiastic), and the whole space felt like staying in someone’s beautifully renovated family home rather than a cookie-cutter hotel room. The staff clearly knows the area inside and out too – they pointed me toward this tiny wine bar tucked away on Betlemi Street that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of those perfect travel moments you can’t plan for. Honestly, with a perfect 10 rating from guests, they’re doing something seriously right here, and after spending a few nights there, I can see why people are so enthusiastic about the place. It’s that rare spot where the historic setting doesn’t come at the expense of a good night’s sleep.

  The location is just perfect, 2 min walking distance from Liberty square, all the shops, restaurants etc. the communication with the property was perfect clear and very quick, always got responses in less than 1 minute. Check in process perfect, as I was provided clear instructions next minute after I have booked. The apartment is nicely renovated and has everything one might need.
  Really recommended!! I will definitely chose it for my next stay in Tbilisi.
