I stayed in Tbilisi for a weekend that turned out to be a memorable mix of city buzz and cozy hotel vibes. It’s tucked between a bustling market where vendors shout over the clink of coffee cups and a quiet side street where you can hear the distant echo of a local choir. I mean, you could almost taste the cotton candy of the street stalls from the hallway window.

The Solo Lucky is a solid four‑star spot, but it’s the little details that make the difference. Check‑in was quick—no long lines, just a friendly receptionist who remembered my name, which made me feel instantly at home. The lobby’s décor is a stylish mix of Georgian motifs and modern minimalism; a big, abstract painting of the Mtkvari River hangs above the desk, and the light from the floor‑to‑ceiling windows gives the room a warm glow that feels like a hug. I’m a fan of the soft, worn‑in blue sofa in the living area—its cushions are just the right firmness, and the throw pillows have this subtle, floral pattern that reminds me of the old city’s gardens.

Parking is a lifesaver; the hotel has a small underground lot that’s free for guests, and the street around Lado Asatiani is rarely congested in the evenings. If you’re a night owl, the noise level is surprisingly low—you’ll hear the faint hum of traffic, but nothing that keeps you up. The walls are painted in a muted tone that absorbs sound, so even the city’s nightlife feels distant. The room itself is a quiet sanctuary. The bed—big, with high‑quality linens—makes you want to stay under the covers all day. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, with a rainfall shower that feels like a spa, and the tactile feel of the tiles is a pleasant contrast to the soft, plush bath mat.

One thing that really impressed me was the breakfast. It’s not a fancy buffet; it’s a simple spread of fresh Georgian pastries, homemade jams, and a variety of teas that smell like cinnamon and cardamom. The barista at the corner café—just a block away—makes a latte that you can practically hear the froth popping when you pour it. If there were any downsides, I’d say the Wi‑Fi can be spotty in the breakfast area, especially during peak tourist season. But that’s a small price to pay for the authentic Tbilisi vibe and the fact that the staff actually know their city well. They’re quick to recommend the best spots for dinner—like the local khachapuri place two streets over—and they’ll point you to the best bus routes if you’re heading to the Old Town.   Останавливались на 4 ночи втроём. Персонал приветливо встретил, всё показали, помогли донести вещи. На обратный путь помогли вызвать такси, спасибо!
  В номере есть двухкомфорочная плитка, электрический чайник, фен, утюг, посуда, туалетная бумага, достаточно полотенец. В номере чисто и уютно. В шкафу есть вешалки. От жары спасались кондиционером. Единственное не работала люстра, только светильники горели, надеюсь починят для следующих постояльцев 😉
  От площади свободы 5-10 минут пешком, мост мира , канатная дорога тоже в пешей доступности. В целом остались довольны!

  Super lokalizacja! Blisko centrum, w okolicy dużo fajnych restauracji i barów. Mieszkanie duże, ma wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty na dłuższy wyjazd (pralka, żelazko etc).

  Хорошее расположение, до метро 7 минут пешком. Архитектура старого города. В шаговой доступности много кафе и магазинов.
  Несмотря на то что нас рейс задержали, заселили нас без проблем и лишних вопросов, так же и с выездом, выезжали рано утром, тоже всё прошло быстро и удобно.
  Есть всё необходимое, втроём разместились с комфортом. Остались очень довольны этим жильём.

  What could be improved: Не очень чисто, грязное постельное белье, везде пыль и черные волосы, плохо работал душ: очень маленький напор из-за которого вода медленно нагревалась и быстро заканчивалась

  Хороший хозяин. Хороший персонал обслуживания. Большой шкаф, много чистого белья и полотенец. Хорошо работает кондиционер. Безопасное место, хоть и первый этаж.
  
  What could be improved: Чистота, присутствовал сильный вонь, так и было непонятно из за чего. Через день после ухода у всех нас из за укусов блох была сильная аллергическая реакция, все лицо и тело опухло. Замок двери не открывалось 20 минут. Из за плохого стыка стекла в душевой, вся ванная комната обливалась водой. Стояк для душа был сломан. И было неудобно держать душ одной рукой и мыться.
