I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Sole Palace, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 4-star property without much fanfare online. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones that don’t oversell themselves. This place has that understated elegance thing down pat, where everything just feels… right.

The lobby hits you with this warm, sophisticated vibe – not stuffy corporate hotel energy, but more like walking into a well-appointed friend’s place who happens to have really good taste. The staff actually remembers your name after day one (I mean, how rare is that these days?), and they’ve got this genuine helpfulness that doesn’t feel scripted. I was dealing with some flight delays on my last visit, and the front desk manager – Maria, I think her name was – went out of her way to extend my checkout without me even asking. Little things like that stick with you.

What really impressed me was how they nail the details without making a big show of it. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not playing Tetris with your luggage, and honestly, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in – they’ve got that perfect firmness where you sink in just enough. The bathrooms are surprisingly luxurious for a 4-star, with rainfall showers that actually have decent water pressure (you’d be amazed how many places mess this up). I loved that they stock local toiletries instead of generic hotel brands – small touch, but it shows they care about the experience. The soundproofing is solid too; I’m a light sleeper and never had issues with hallway noise or street sounds filtering in.

The restaurant deserves its own mention – their breakfast spread goes way beyond the typical continental setup, with fresh local ingredients and this incredible coffee that I’m pretty sure spoiled me for airport coffee forever. Even their room service is thoughtful; they use actual plates and silverware, not those flimsy disposable containers most hotels default to. And here’s something I really appreciated: the Wi-Fi actually works consistently throughout the building. I know that sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places still struggle with connectivity in certain rooms or common areas.

What sealed the deal for me was the genuine atmosphere this place cultivates. It attracts interesting guests – I’ve had some great conversations in the bar area with fellow travelers who clearly chose this spot for the same reasons I did. The clientele tends to be discerning but not pretentious, if that makes sense. It’s the kind of place where business travelers and leisure guests mix naturally without either group feeling out of place. With an 8.9 rating, I’d say they’ve earned every point through consistent attention to what actually matters when you’re away from home.

  Breakfast Is Very Delicious & Variant With Very Nice Georgian Products,Also HALAL Products Is available, The View During Breakfast From 5th Floor Is Spectacular.
  WiFi is Very Fast & Stable through out the entire Places, Also Smart TV Screen available In Room With a wide variety of Channels & Programs.
  One Day We wanted them to prepare lunch box for us as we will move early in the morning before breakfast started & They Responded very quickly & Prepared.
  Also We wanted to extend our stay for more 3 days & They Responded very Fast & Easy.

  The hotel is not far from the centre. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. I noticed that there was one particularly enthusiastic member of staff at breakfast who was very attentive to what was going on and, if anyone had messed up, he cleaned it up immediately, and if anything was out, he replenished it immediately.
  Everyone is very friendly, the view of the city from the room is lovely, and the hotel is a bit removed from the centre so the area is quite quiet.
