I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Sharden Hotel, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. You know how some 4-star places can feel a bit generic? What really struck me during my stay was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between professional service and feeling like you’re staying somewhere that actually cares about the details. The rooms are thoughtfully designed – not just pretty to look at, but practically laid out in a way that shows someone was actually thinking about how real people use hotel rooms. I mean, there are enough outlets near the bed, the bathroom lighting doesn’t make you look like a zombie, and honestly, the shower pressure was fantastic. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too; everything felt genuinely clean, not just surface-level tidy.

The 8.3 rating this place has earned makes total sense once you’ve spent a night or two here. It’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top luxury – it’s just really, really good at being a solid, reliable hotel that delivers on its promises. The breakfast spread (when I managed to drag myself down there before they closed) was better than I expected, with actual fresh fruit and coffee that didn’t taste like it had been sitting around for hours. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi actually worked throughout the building, and the noise levels were perfectly reasonable – you could hear a bit of hallway chatter if you really listened for it, but nothing that would keep you awake. I found myself recommending it to a colleague just last week, which I guess says something about how it stuck with me. Sometimes you just know when a place has its act together, and this one definitely does.

  We received excellent and positive service from Maka, Michael and George, who were very helpful and informative about the City. Location is central and accessible to a wide variety of locations in Tbilisi Old Town. Room was neat and cleaned daily. It has an elevator to the 1st floor which is convenient.
