When I first walked up to Serviced Apartment in the City Center, I’ll be honest — the name doesn’t exactly scream excitement, but the location absolutely does. You’re right on Taras Shevchenko Street in the Mtatsminda district, which honestly puts you in one of the most walkable spots in Tbilisi. I mean, you can literally stroll to most of the old town’s highlights without breaking a sweat, and that’s saying something in a city built on hills.

This four-star property gets the apartment concept right — you’re not crammed into a tiny hotel room, but you’ve got actual space to spread out. The kitchen setup is what really sold me, because let’s face it, eating out every meal in Tbilisi (tempting as it is with all that khachapuri around) can get expensive. You know what I appreciated? The way they’ve designed these spaces to feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile hotel suite.

Location Perks

Here’s the thing about being in Mtatsminda — you’re close enough to walk to Rustaveli Avenue in about ten minutes, but far enough up the hill that you escape most of the street noise. The couples who stay here definitely get it right; there’s something romantic about having your own little base while being steps away from cozy wine bars and those tiny Georgian restaurants tucked into side streets. Plus, parking is actually manageable here, which anyone who’s driven in Tbilisi will tell you is no small miracle.

Daily Life

What I really liked was how easy it became to slip into a routine. There’s a small grocery store just down the street where you can grab fresh khachapuri in the morning, and the old lady who runs it started recognizing me by day three. The building itself is quiet — you’ll hear the occasional Georgian conversation drifting up from the courtyard, but it’s more charming than disruptive. I found myself making coffee in the morning and planning my day from the window, watching Tbilisi wake up below.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals — space, location, and that feeling of having your own corner of the city. The couples who rate this place so highly probably appreciate the same thing I did: you can cook a simple dinner together, then walk five minutes to a wine bar, or spend the morning exploring and come back to actually relax in a real living space.   A short drive from Tbilisi airport located in a lovely Rustaveli avenue which is most central avenue of the city,. Up a modern elevator to the apartment that is spacious and well appointed. It even has fully-equipped kitchen and 2 Bathrooms. Communication, check in and check out simple and fast. They were waiting for as when we arrived. This apt is a 5 min walk from everywhere. The perfect location. All in all this is as good as it gets. Plus it's very quiet for sleeping with softest matresses i’ve ever slept on. You feel like you actually LIVE in Tbilisi instead of just visiting for a short time:) thanks a lot!!!

  Top marks for Keti and her Appartment, great location, fantastic view, all the comfort you need, and the host is fabulous. The transfer service picked us up at the Tbilisi airport for a very fair extra fee and very kindly showed us the flat and gave us useful tips.
