The front door opens onto a narrow lane that’s basically a secret alley if you know where to look. The check‑in is a bit of a ritual: you’re greeted by Sebastian himself, who’s as friendly as a neighbor but also a bit of a swashbuckling host—he hands you a keycard and a quick tour of the bathroom, then says, “Have a great stay, and feel free to ask me anything.” The staff is helpful, but the paperwork can take a little longer than you’d expect because of local bureaucracy. Parking is a bit of a hunt: there’s a small street lot behind the building, but it’s free and usually works out if you’re early. If you’re arriving later in the evening, you’ll have to use a paid meter a block away, but it’s not a hassle. Noise-wise, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night, though you can hear the distant chatter from the bar on the corner of Amaghleba and Shota Rustaveli streets when the crowds come out after sunset.   We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great, central location — very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy, and the internet was fast and reliable. After a long day of exploring the city, relaxing in the bathtub was a real treat. The apartment overlooks a charming courtyard where local Tbilisi residents live, and it was generally peaceful and quiet. There's also the sweetest dog in the yard — incredibly friendly and always up for cuddles. If you stay here, you'll gain a lovely furry friend too 🙂

  The flat is located close to the city center and other attractions, there are many nice cafes and restaurants, as well as local stores, but the neighborhood is quiet and chilled. The flat is perfect for short-medium stays for couples, it has good kitchen and laundry facilities, the bathtub is a special bonus. The Watermelon dog lives close by (another special bonus). The host is friendly and the communication was clear.

  Sehr schönes Apartment in bester Lage! Ich habe mich hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Tiflis, in einer sehr angenehmen und charmanten Gegend. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche großartige Restaurants, Cafés und eine tolle Bäckerei, die man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann.
  
  Das Apartment selbst war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles hat wie beschrieben funktioniert, von der Klimaanlage bis zum WLAN. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und freundlich. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Tiflis von seiner besten Seite erleben möchten.

  Obiekt położony w centrum miasta. W pobliżu sklepy, apteka, miejsca, gdzie można kupić świeże gruzińskie pieczywo i zjeść wspaniałe potrawy gruzińskie. Duży salon, telewizor, wi-fi, łazienka (duża) z wanną i prysznicem, wyposażona w niezbędne przybory (suszarka, ręczniki). Wspaniali sąsiedzi.
