  Wow! Where do I start… staff were exceptional, very warm and friendly and did everything they could to make my stay perfect. Which it was! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so so soft and big. The room itself was so clean and very modern, bathroom was great with a big shower. The show stopper was the glass floor and bathtub on the balcony which was a surprise after I only booked a premium room but mentioned it was my birthday. So the receptionist when I checked in said the hotel wanted to gift me the luxe glass room as a present. Was so grateful and surprised. I was also given a bottle of Georgian wine. Bathtub is heaven, I had 2 baths in it, in the evening and morning and was really relaxed with the sun coming down on me and watching the river boats pass by. Pure bliss! If I get get a chance to come back to this hotel I will definitely spend the extra money for this luxe glass room again!

  I really loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and informative from the beginning, the place was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was so good and varied, and it was a 5 minute walk to the old town (actually, I think the hotel itself is technically in the Old Town…a 5 minute walk into the centre of the old town, in that case). I would recommend this place to friends, and I would stay here again. Great value for money, too.
