Sameba Bell, Luxury Apartment Overview

I was in Tbilisi on a breezy Thursday afternoon, just after a late‑night coffee in a back‑street café on Shota Rustaveli Avenue, when a friend texted me that there was a new luxury apartment complex on Niabi I Turn. “Sameba Bell, Luxury Apartment,” she said, and I thought, “Okay, let’s see what this is all about.” The address, 3 Niabi I Turn, is tucked between the old town’s cobblestones and the modern art district that spills out from the Museum of Fine Arts. It’s not exactly the most obvious spot if you’re looking for a quick stroll to the main square, but that’s part of the charm—no rush, just a quiet corner of the city where you can feel the hum of everyday life.

The check‑in was surprisingly smooth, which is always a win in my book. The front desk clerk, a young Georgian named Nino, greeted me with a friendly smile and a quick explanation of the building’s security system. She handed over a key card that looked more like a piece of designer tech than a typical hotel key—sleek, matte, with a subtle embossed logo. “You’ll get a free bottle of local wine on arrival,” she said, and honestly, that little touch made the whole experience feel a bit more personal. I was handed a small card that listed the apartment’s amenities, but it was the handwritten note from Nino that caught my eye: “Enjoy the city’s quiet nights, and let me know if you need anything.” It’s those small gestures that make you forget you’re in a hotel and feel more like a guest in a neighbor’s home.

The apartment itself is a modern, open‑plan space that feels surprisingly airy for a city block. The living area has floor‑to‑ceiling windows that frame the distant view of the Mt. Tbilisi silhouette; at sunset, the light spills in like a soft, warm blanket. The kitchenette is fully equipped—there’s a French‑style espresso machine, a small fridge, and a set of local Georgian spices that made cooking a quick dinner feel like a culinary adventure. I tried the saffron‑infused rice from a local market, and the aroma was just enough to remind me of the city’s bustling markets. The bedroom is surprisingly quiet, even though it’s only a block from the main train station. The noise level is low enough that you can hear the faint echo of a distant church bell, which is a subtle, almost spiritual background soundtrack that only locals would appreciate.

Parking is a bit of a hassle, honestly. The building doesn’t have a dedicated garage, so you’ll need to use the street parking on Niabi I Turn, which is free but limited. I found a spot a few blocks away on Rustaveli Avenue, and it was a quick walk to the apartment. For those traveling with cars, it might be worth checking the parking rates in the nearby public lot on Sirtagela Street—there’s a small fee, but it guarantees a spot and a quick exit. As for noise, the building’s walls do a decent job of muffling street traffic, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. The quiet hours are respected; there’s a subtle courtesy knock on the door before 10 pm, which is a nice gesture.

If you’re looking to explore, the apartment’s location is a sweet spot between the historic Old Town and the trendy arts district. Just a 10‑minute walk north, you’ll find the Sioni Cathedral and the Georgian National Museum, where you can spend a few hours immersing yourself in the country’s rich history. Down the street, there’s a small, family‑run bakery that sells fresh khachapuri, and the scent of fresh cheese and dough is impossible to resist. In the evenings, the streets come alive with the chatter of locals and the occasional burst of music from a nearby bar. I found myself lingering outside the apartment, sipping a glass of red wine, listening to the city’s soundtrack, and feeling like I’d made the right choice.

All in all, Sameba Bell, Luxury Apartment is a solid find for anyone who wants a comfortable, stylish place without the hotel feel. The staff are genuinely friendly, the space is well-appointed, and the location gives you the best of both worlds: quiet nights and easy access to the city’s highlights. If you’re planning a trip to Tbilisi, this place deserves a spot on your itinerary—just remember to book early, especially during the spring festival season when the city is buzzing with activity. The experience is honestly a blend of modern luxury and local charm that you won’t find in the typical tourist spots.

Apartments in Tbilisi provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Georgian markets and cook with fresh Caucasian ingredients.

Reviews of Sameba Bell, Luxury Apartment

  • Exceptional – Emilia from Georgia – August 20, 2025 (10/10)

This time I chose the larger apartment for my family, and once again everything was perfect.
I especially loved the wonderful location with its breathtaking view of Tbilisi’s Old Town. The cleanliness was flawless, the shower cabin spotless, towels and bed linens fresh and white, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy blankets, and a mattress as comfortable as those in the best hotels.

A special thanks goes to our host, Irmi who welcomed us with a warm smile and was always ready to help and guide us.
After staying in many apartments in Tbilisi, I can say with confidence that this is the best one. Within just 7 to 10 minutes by public transport or taxi, you’re right in the heart of the Old Town.

  • Wonderful – Riyasath from Saudi Arabia – August 17, 2025 (9/10)

The flat was well maintained and very clean with lovely view of the city and mountains.

What could be improved: Over the hill, you need taxi every time you go out.

  • Exceptional Apartment – Emilia from Georgia – July 29, 2025 (10/10)

The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright, and beautifully designed with a very European style. It has absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen.

I must highlight the bed, the wonderfully comfortable mattress, and the soft pillows — an absolute joy to sleep on. The sheets and towels are crisp, white cotton, adding to the feeling of freshness and quality.

I’ve visited Georgia several times, but this is the first time I’ve stayed in an apartment that felt so comfortable.

And of course, I can’t forget to mention the stunning view from the apartment — truly breathtaking. The property is only about a 7-minute drive to the center or a pleasant 35-minute walk via the historic Metekhi Church. There is also easy access to the city by minibuses (marshrutkas) that pass every five minutes.

The host Irmi is warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I will definitely return here again and again!

  • A Magical Stay with a Host Who Felt Like Family – Mohammed from India – July 14, 2025 (10/10)

Our stay in Tbilisi was simply unforgettable — and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful host, Ms. Irmi.

Even before we arrived, she was in touch, sending us a warm welcome message and all the info we needed — from directions and maps to Wi-Fi details. The moment we landed in Georgia, her message popped up again to check in and make sure we were comfortable. That kind of care is rare, even in luxury hotels.

The apartment was perfect — super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything a traveler could need: kitchenware, toiletries, even washing powder, dishwashing liquid, a hairdryer, etc. Honestly, even some 5-star hotels/appartments don’t go to this level of detail.

The location was 100% safe and incredibly central, just a few minutes from the heart of the city. But the view — oh, the view! From the hall and balcony, we could see Mother Georgia, the Tbilisi TV Tower, the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda, and even the cable cars drifting across the skyline. Mountains, churches, the city below — it was all so peaceful and surreal. We spent hours just soaking it in.

But the moment that really touched us was when we were leaving at 4 AM, and Madam Irmi came in person to say goodbye. No host has ever done that for us. It didn’t feel like a check-out — it felt like saying goodbye to family.

We loved every bit of this stay. If you’re visiting Tbilisi and want a beautiful, safe, and heartwarming experience — look no further.
Thank you, Irmi. We will never forget this.

  • Perfect – Zaur from Azerbaijan – July 2, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo and one-time use slippers.

  • Wonderful – Celeste from Australia – June 23, 2025 (9/10)

    Spacious house with great amenities.
Beautiful balcony with a great view.
    Quiet neighbourhood
    Comfortable beds
    Shower is really good!
Really kind hosts that are very helpful

What could be improved: There is a damp smell that comes from the bathroom but you just need to air out the room and it's fine 🙂
