  Sakhli 62/64 was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was newly renovated and spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere, making it feel very comfortable and inviting. The decor was charming and cozy, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring a nice shower that added to the overall comfort.
  The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. It was easy to get around with the Metro station just around the corner, and Bolt taxis were also a convenient option.
  The best part of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Roman and his mom were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They were always available for any questions and made us feel very welcome. A special highlight was Roman’s mom, who was exceptionally kind. She baked us the most delicious Georgian honey cake as a welcome snack, and her pancakes the next day were equally amazing.
  Staying here felt like a blessing because we experienced true Georgian warmth, not only from Roman and his mom but also from the welcoming neighbors. If you want to experience real Georgian hospitality, this is the place to be. You will leave with a warm heart and fond memories.
  Overall, this apartment was a great find. It's spotless, cozy, and the hosts are wonderful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

  Відпочивали з донькою в перше у Тбілісі. Обирали довго апартаменти і не дерма.
  Нам дуже все сподобалось, по перше фото дійсно відповідає реальності, по друге чисто та є усі необхідні речі, та техніка для комфортного проживання. Місцезнаходження дуже добре, рядом кафе та магазини, але у дворі дуже тихо та затишно.
  Звісно хочу подякувати власнику помешкання та його матусі, неймовірно добрі, чуйні та дбайливі. Ми з донькою захворіли, нам і градусник дали, малину з лимоном, пригостили смачним пирогом, допомогли купити ліки і з такой турботою до нас відносилися увесь відпочинок. Так як ми були у перше в Тбілісі, власник організував нам екскурсію по дуже красивим місцям.
  Неймовірні турботливі люди, яких я вже давно не зустрічала. Дякую за відпочинок!

  Место, которое за неделю стало домом благодаря несравненной заботе и доброжелательности Романа и его мамы, – Аллы. Помимо того что место полностью соответствует описанию, оно действительно очень чистое, без посторонних запахов. Удобно что есть место для парковки. Из-за уюта домика и сам город теперь кажется роднее, жаль было уезжать, но теперь есть куда вернуться ❤️

  + Расположение. Квартира находится в 2х минутах пешком от метро. До старого города тоже можно добраться быстро и пешком. Район отличный. Куча кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. Если сомневаетесь, куда сходить, где что-то купить, Роман (собственник) подскажет.
  + Парковка. Квартира находится в «итальянском дворике». В глубине такого дворика, поэтому шум с улицы не слышно от слова совсем. При этом территория закрытая. Есть место, где поставить машину и не переживать за неё.
  + Собственник и его мама = ❤️ Мы в третий раз в Тбилиси и только в этот раз ощутили на себе знаменитое грузинское гостеприимство. Мамины пироги – восторг. Роман всегда на связи, очень заботится о гостях. Нам не повезло с погодой, нам и зонтик предлагали (но мы его купили в магазине рядом), и отопление по первому же запросу включили.
  + Квартира. Чисто, стильный ремонт (всё как на фото 💯), есть всё: утюг, стиральная машина, чайник, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, сушилка для белья, интернет. А если чего-то вдруг вы не найдите – уверена, Роман поможет, настолько ему важен комфорт его гостей 😄

  Квартира супер комфортная. Гостиная хоть без двери но в уютном закутке. Идеально останавливаться семьёй из трёх человек на длительное время. Спокойный двор для посиделок. В квартире всё продумано чтобы чувствовать себя как дома.. звукоизоляция, удобный матрас, москитные сетки, затемняющие шторы, розетки, куча подушек и пледы, стиральный порошок, все средства и тп… Всё как новое! Уже порекомендовали вас всем друзьям)
  Местоположение очень удобное, в шаговой доступности метро, пешеходная улица, киевские бани, куча хороших кафешек и магазинов. Если на такси, которое в Тбилиси стоит копейки, вообще рукой подать везде.
  А отношение к гостям…! Теперь если в Тбилиси, то только к Роману и его маме!♥️
