What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to blend that aparthotel functionality with genuine style. The rooms – well, they’re more like proper apartments – have these high ceilings that make everything feel spacious, even the smaller units. The kitchenettes are actually usable (I made coffee every morning and even attempted khachapuri once, which… let’s just say stick to the local bakeries). The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience, not in that scripted way, but like they’re proud of what they’ve created here. I remember the front desk guy spending ten minutes drawing me a little map of his favorite wine bars in the neighborhood – that’s not something you get at chain hotels. The whole building has this understated elegance that feels very Georgian somehow, if that makes sense. Clean lines but warm materials, modern fixtures but with character. And honestly, with a 9.4 rating, I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. You know what clinched it for me? On my last morning, I was sitting in the lobby area with my coffee, and I realized I actually didn’t want to leave. That’s rare for me – usually I’m itching to get on with the next part of my trip, but something about this place made me want to linger a bit longer in Tbilisi.

  A lovely warm apartment on Rustaveli, close to a lot of museums, restaurants, cafes and a shopping centre. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, we never had any issues but I'm sure they would be resolved very quickly. Apartment is very secure also. I would happily recommend staying here, as I would very likely stay again on another visit.
