  **Booking**: I booked via Booking.com and had a smooth experience overall. Although there was an issue with my card not working, the hotel staff were proactive and called to confirm our arrival, ensuring that the room was kept for us. Appreciate that level of service!

  **Room**: The room was spacious enough, but there were a few disappointments. The bed was advertised as a king, but it was actually two single mattresses pushed together, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided, which I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
