But walking into this place actually blew me away. It’s one of those five-star properties that somehow manages to feel luxurious without being stuffy or intimidating. The lobby has this warm, sophisticated vibe with these gorgeous textiles and artwork that clearly took some serious thought to curate. What really caught my attention though was how the staff remembered my name from check-in – and I mean actually used it in conversation, not just reading it off a computer screen.

The rooms are honestly incredible. I stayed on the seventh floor and the attention to detail was just… well, it’s the kind of place where even the bathroom amenities feel special. The bed was one of those where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re going to get swallowed up, and the linens – I mean, I’m not usually the person who notices thread count, but these were something else. The soundproofing is excellent too, which you really appreciate when you’re trying to sleep in. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The room service was quick (maybe 20 minutes tops) and the food arrived still properly hot, which honestly surprised me given how elaborate some of the dishes were.

What sets this place apart though is how they handle the little things that most hotels completely overlook. The concierge team actually knows their stuff – not just the obvious tourist spots, but places locals go. They pointed me toward this amazing little café about ten minutes away that I never would have found otherwise. The spa services are top-notch, and I usually skip hotel spas because they tend to be overpriced and underwhelming. This one actually delivered. With a 9.4 rating, you’d think there might be some inflated expectations, but honestly? It lives up to the hype. Sure, it’s not budget-friendly, but for a special occasion or when you want to treat yourself properly, Qarvasla Hotel is the kind of place that makes you understand why people become loyal to certain brands. The whole experience just flows seamlessly from the moment you arrive until checkout – which, by the way, they handle efficiently without making you feel rushed.

  Centrally and conveniently located. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around the Hotel. Friendly staff, everyone spoke good english. Rooms are on the smaller side, but perfect for a stay of 2 nights. The building itself is beautiful!

  My stay at Qarvashla Hotel in Tbilisi was truly memorable. The hotel's stunning architecture immediately caught my attention – a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. I especially enjoyed the breakfast experience; the food was excellent, and the staff working in the breakfast area were friendly, attentive, and efficient. I also appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the reception staff and those managing the other facilities. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs, which made my stay comfortable in many ways.
