The moment you walk in, there’s this sense of space that’s hard to find in typical hotel rooms – the living area flows naturally into the kitchen, and honestly, having a proper kitchen counter where you can spread out your coffee and pastries in the morning makes such a difference. The bedrooms are positioned perfectly too; they’re far enough apart that if you’re traveling with friends or family, nobody’s dealing with snoring through paper-thin walls. The master bedroom gets this lovely natural light that I actually found myself looking forward to each morning, and the second bedroom is cozy without feeling cramped – perfect for kids or that friend who always ends up joining your trips at the last minute.

What really impressed me was the attention to those little details that most places completely overlook. The shower pressure is actually decent (you’d be amazed how rare that is), there are enough outlets near the beds for everyone’s devices, and the WiFi works consistently throughout the space. I spent a few evenings working from the dining table, and it was genuinely comfortable – the lighting is warm but functional, and there’s something about having a proper apartment setup that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re living somewhere for a while. The kitchen comes stocked with quality basics too; I’m talking good knives, decent cookware, not the usual collection of mismatched utensils that look like they survived several apocalypses. Even the coffee maker works properly – small victory, but you know how it is when you’re dealing with vacation rental appliances. The whole place just feels like someone actually thought about how people live and what they’d need, rather than just cramming in furniture and calling it furnished.

  Giorgi is very professional and responsive host making sure that we have everything we needed during our stay at His apartment.
  Apartment is clean, modern, and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located at the heart of Tbilisi, providing the great access to the city center and tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants and especially to the Georgian national Opera and Ballet theater which was very close to the apartment and was really amazing. It was very close to the mall as well where we went shopping. Overall we had a great time in there, thanks for hosting us ❤️❤️❤️

  We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. Excellent location in a spotless clean and modern apartment. Comfortable beds with quality lines, the entire kitchen is well equipped and supplies for laundry.
  The minute you step out you will be in a very quiet street and after you take a 4 minute walk you will get on the central avenue of Tbilisi, with hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops.
  Keti is a great host. She was helpful and responsive to all our needs.

  I can only recommend staying at the apartment. Giorgi is very helpful and our communication was very easy, reachable 24/7. The apartment is lovely, decorated in modern style and equipped with every facility you might need . It is located in the heart of Tbilisi, so everything's close to you (shops, major sites, public transportation stations) but, at the same time, the street is very quiet and secured. 10/10. I'd come back without hesitation

  Very clean and cozy apartment almost in the center of Tbilisi. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The host which by the way was very kind and polite, advised us excellent restaurants. Transfer driver is also very Professional and that's great, He arrived at our departure on the dot. Building was surrounded with all the facilities like supermarkets and pharmacies. A lot of tourist attractions like theater, Cafe-restaurants and mall were close to the hotel. Overall we had a great time. Thanks for everything!

  Very comfortable stay, very good location, amazing communication with the host!
  Very good value for money… The apartment was big, comfortable and warm with a big living room. The building is good. the area is friendly and close to any facilities and a lot of tourist attractions, it is also a very center of the city. The building had a very comfy and safe parking area. We had a great time staying here and would return with no hesitation ! Tbilisi is amazing !!! More people should visit!

  This is probably one of the best places to stay in Tbilisi. It is not just about the location which is super, but the flat is absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated in a very modern style, great amenities and extremely comfortable. Also every facility was very close to the apartment. You feel like being at home!! I would stronlgy recommend this place if you are thinking about visiting Tbilisi.
