The bedrooms are both properly sized (I hate when one bedroom is clearly the “good” one and the other is basically a closet with delusions), and the living area flows naturally between cooking, eating, and just hanging out. The kitchen is what really won me over though – it’s set up like someone who actually cooks lives there, with decent knives, proper pans, and counter space you can actually use. Too many rental kitchens feel like afterthoughts, but this one gets it right.

What I appreciate most is how they’ve managed to hit that sweet spot between feeling high-end and still being comfortable enough that you’re not afraid to put your feet up or leave a coffee mug on the counter. The furnishings have that quality feel without being so precious that you’re walking on eggshells the whole time. And the little details matter – good water pressure in both bathrooms, blackout curtains that actually block light, reliable WiFi that doesn’t cut out every time someone in the building does laundry. It’s those practical things that separate a truly premium experience from just expensive-looking staging. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that back-and-forth messaging drama you sometimes get with apartment rentals. They clearly have their systems figured out, which makes the whole experience feel more professional without losing that personal touch. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you start mentally calculating if you could justify extending your stay by a night or two – and at a 10 rating from other guests, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had that thought.

Hotel in Tbilisi booking should be done early, especially during harvest season when the city hosts internationally celebrated wine festivals and cultural events.

  This is a great apartment. It has a very home-feel, and at the same time it’s polished and beautiful. The host was great. Very easy to communicate with. He even offered to help in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Will definitely go back next year!

  Loved my Tbilisi stay! New building, near parliament, private parking. Cozy spacious living room, clean toilet, well-equipped kitchen. Host was welcoming. Highly recommend!

  Giorgi and his team were very nice and helpful. They made arrangements for PCR and Transportation that came to the apartment. The apartment has a very good location in the centre of Tbilisi. It has plenty of space. The bathroom was very clean and he had clean towels. Everything was functioning well including the WIFI. Greatly appreciated and recommended!!!
