I mean, my room faced one of those narrow medieval streets, and while I could hear the occasional late-night reveler, the thick walls kept most of the chaos at bay. The rooms themselves have this gorgeous blend of traditional Georgian elements – think exposed brick and carved wooden details – mixed with modern touches that actually work instead of feeling forced. My bathroom had this massive rainfall shower that was honestly life-changing after long days of exploring.

What really sets this place apart though is how the staff treats you like family rather than just another booking number. The front desk guy (I think his name was Giorgi) gave me this hand-drawn map with all his personal restaurant recommendations, including this tiny khachapuri spot that doesn’t even have a sign – just look for the blue door, he said. And you know what? Best cheese bread of my life. The breakfast spread isn’t huge, but everything’s clearly sourced locally, and they make this incredible honey cake that I’m still dreaming about months later. With a 9.2 rating, I expected good service, but this felt more like staying with friends who happen to run a really stylish guesthouse. The rooftop terrace gives you these sweeping views over the old city walls toward the river, and it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine – just don’t expect to have it to yourself during sunset hours because everyone figures out pretty quickly that it’s the best view in the building.

We had informed her beforehand that we have a special needs child, and she went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was suitably arranged and ready for us. The room was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
  
  The location of the apartment is fantastic. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Peace Bridge and conveniently close to all major attractions within Tbilisi. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city.
