What really impressed me, though, was how well everything actually functions. You can tell this isn’t just about looking good in photos – the 8.8 rating makes total sense when you’re actually staying there. The staff seems genuinely happy to help rather than just going through the motions, and the whole check-in process was refreshingly smooth.
