I mean, the old town’s cobblestones are beautiful during the day, but trust me, they’re less charming when you’re navigating them in the dark after a few glasses of saperavi. The rooms here have this clean, modern vibe that feels refreshing after a day of exploring the city’s wonderfully chaotic mix of Soviet architecture and medieval churches. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – Tbilisi can get pretty lively, especially on weekends, but somehow this place manages to keep the street noise to a minimum. The beds are actually comfortable (not always a given in this part of the world), and the bathrooms have proper water pressure, which honestly made my morning routine so much better.

The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work, and they know the neighborhood well enough to point you toward the good khachapuri spots that aren’t tourist traps. One guy at the front desk told me about this little bakery two blocks over that opens at 6 AM – best Georgian breakfast pastries I had during my entire trip. The perfect 10 rating this place has might sound too good to be true, but after spending four nights here, I can see why people love it. It’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in town, it’s just nailing all the basics while giving you a real taste of staying in the heart of one of the most interesting cities in the Caucasus. Plus, you’re positioned perfectly for day trips – the sulfur baths are a short walk downhill, and you can catch transport to Mtskheta or the wine regions without trekking across the city first. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that focus on being genuinely good at what they do rather than looking perfect on Instagram, and this spot definitely falls into that category.

  The check-in was simple, this place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a night in Tbilisi.
  Great location with supermarkets and pharmacies around the building, Parking spot was huge plus, 5 minutes walk from the major location of Tbilisi (Liberty square) and also very close to Amazing old City.
  Next time I head to Tbilisi, I'll be staying here

  The apartment was the nicest and cleanest apartment I ever rented. I was a single traveller and for me it was spacious, well equipped, nicely designed, I traveled for business and for my purposes it was in a perfect location. Just next to it is a nice Georgian restaurant and in the vicinity main opera and ballet theater which is really amazing and you should absolutely visit iif you are planning to travel to Georgia. despite the fact that it is located in the center of the city it is very cozy, and it just makes you feel comfortable. All furniture and equipment looked very new.I would always rent this apartment again. I really enjoyed my stay.

  The place was incredibly nice, very comfortable, clean and just a 7 minute walk from a metro station that made it easy to get around. Host was very helpful and immediately responded to any request we had. All the tourist attractions were very close, by walking distance. highly recommend.
