Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel Overview

I stayed at the Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel, tucked into the lively streets of Tbilisi. The moment I stepped out of the lobby, the scent of fresh Georgian coffee from the corner café on Alexander Griboedov Street hit me, and I could hear the distant hum of the city’s traffic blending with the chatter of locals at the nearby Sioni Square. The hotel’s façade is a charming mix of old‑world stonework and modern glass, and the lobby’s soft lighting makes you feel instantly at home. Honestly, the check‑in was quick—no long lines, just a friendly staff member who asked if I was traveling solo or with a group, and a digital key that worked on my phone. The bed itself felt like a cloud: memory foam that actually remembers your shape but still feels plush. I did notice the hallway lights flickered a couple of times, but the concierge promptly replaced the bulbs, so that’s a minor gripe I’ll keep in mind.

The rooms are a perfect blend of elegance and practicality. The window over the balcony opens onto a quiet courtyard with a little fountain that plays a soothing background soundtrack—think gentle splash of water over pebbles, a perfect contrast to the city’s occasional traffic rumble. The air conditioning is surprisingly quiet, which is a lifesaver during the hot July months when the city can get swelteringly humid. I spent a morning in my room, sipping tea while watching the city sunlit streets below. The Wi‑Fi was fast, and the minibar had a surprisingly decent selection of local craft beers—an unexpected perk. If you’re looking for a quiet night, the location is surprisingly serene; you’ll hear only the occasional street musician or a late‑night bus.

Parking is a bit of a hunt, but the hotel offers a nearby underground lot that charges a modest fee—worth it if you’re driving. For those who prefer public transport, the Mtatsminda Funicular is just a block away, giving you a quick lift up to the hilltop promenade. I found that the hotel’s proximity to the Mtatsminda amusement park and the old town’s cobblestone streets is a perfect balance; you can spend a day exploring the historic district and return to a cozy, modern sanctuary. The only downside? During peak tourist season—late June into early September—there’s a mild buzz of people wandering the lobby, so if you’re a fan of absolute quiet, book a night in the later part of the week. All in all, Palm Tbilisi feels like a hidden gem that doesn’t shout for attention but offers warmth, comfort, and a genuine taste of local life.

Apartments in Tbilisi provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Georgian markets and cook with fresh Caucasian ingredients.

Everything was perfect , staff was really nice. Breakfast was simple but nice.

What could be improved: There is not the right number of the street on Booking or is this the problem of Tbilisi.

I stayed at Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel after moving from the Old Town to the Rustaveli area, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable.

From the moment I arrived, the staff gave me such a warm welcome — their kindness and hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel is stylishly designed, very clean, and well-maintained.

The breakfast was also incredibly delicious and fresh — I looked forward to it every morning!

During my 4-night, 5-day stay, the team was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request. I had an early tour one morning, and they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual just for me. On the last day, they stored my luggage after checkout and even let me come back in the evening to take a shower after a tour — such thoughtful service left me truly touched.

There was also a lovely staff member who kindly allowed me to take a shower after I returned from my tour — I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel truly prioritizes the comfort of its guests and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. I left with warm memories thanks to their care and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

    What could be improved: nothing!
