I’ll be honest – I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to the Orden Apart Hotel, but this place completely surprised me in the best way possible. The aparthotel concept isn’t always executed well, you know? Sometimes you get the worst of both worlds instead of the best. But Orden actually nails it, giving you that home-away-from-home feeling without sacrificing the service you’d expect from a solid 4-star property.

What really struck me was how thoughtfully everything’s laid out. The apartments themselves feel genuinely livable – not like someone just crammed a kitchenette into a hotel room and called it a day. I mean, there’s actual counter space to work with, and the fridge is big enough for more than just minibar drinks and leftover takeout. The living areas have this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to actually use them, not just walk through them to get to the bed. And honestly, after staying in so many sterile hotel rooms over the years, having a proper sofa to sprawl on while catching up on emails or just decompressing felt like such a luxury. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work too – everything was spotless without feeling overly sanitized, if that makes sense.

The 9.2 rating really shows in all those little details that separate good places from great ones. Check-in was refreshingly smooth – no standing around while they “find your reservation” or try to upsell you on room upgrades you don’t need. The staff has this genuine helpfulness that feels natural rather than scripted, and they actually seem to know the area well enough to give you real recommendations, not just point you toward the tourist traps. I particularly appreciated that they don’t hover or make you feel like you’re being watched, but they’re definitely available when you need something. The whole vibe strikes this perfect balance between the independence of having your own space and the reassurance of proper hotel service. You get the sense that whether you’re here for a quick business trip or settling in for a longer stay, they’ve thought through what you’d actually want and need. It’s one of those places that just works – and honestly, in my experience, that’s rarer than you’d think.

  I booked the one bedroom apartment with living room. The place itself was neat, tidy and had everything you need to feel like home.

  The apartment was in pristine condition. It’s great for 2-3 people. It had a fully equipped kitchen. There are two supermarkets next door. All local attractions are within a 10-15 walk from the apartment. Will surely recommend staying here.

The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions and conveniences.
