You’re close enough to hear the city’s energy, but far enough from the main drag that you’ll actually sleep well. The fact that there’s free parking right on-site is pretty much a miracle in this part of town — trust me on that one.

The room setup really works for how people actually travel these days. I mean, you get proper apartment-style living with a kitchen that’s actually functional, not just some tiny corner with a mini-fridge. What struck me most was how they’ve managed to make it feel homey without that generic hotel sterility — there’s character here, but it’s clean and well-maintained character.   Property was very nice but location was very horrible . This is not an apartment. This is a house located in residence. Entrance was very bad. Rest in very thing was good . Owner was very nice.

  Close to the city center, but it is very bad, due to the lack of air conditioning in light of the hot weather in Tbilisi, in addition to the presence of a crack in a number of walls, in addition to the bedroom. He dyes our clothes the same color, and the owner of the house every day comes to the house and puts his things and takes other things, and this does not give us privacy in living in it, as if he lives and lives with us every day. The microwave is in the house, and that was mentioned in the details of the house. The TV does not work. Knives in the house do not work. Everything in this house is old and worn out, and it is not suitable for use or living in it, even for one night. I absolutely do not recommend it

  Замечательный хозяин, очень приветлив, готов помочь в любой ситуации. Очень чисто, все продумано для проживания. Есть все необходимое, не было ситуации, чтобы нам чего-то не хватило. Расположение – самый центр города, рядом красивый парк. Хозяин провел короткую экскурсию по окрестностям, все показал. Нам очень понравилось, если еще когда-нибудь будем в Грузии, то однозначно будем бронировать только эти апартаменты.
  
  P.S. Кто-то в отзывах писал, что нет спичек и открывашки, это не так! Открывашка точно есть, а плита с электро розжигом, не слушайте их, это все враньё.
