I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Opera Apartment, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The word “apartment” had me thinking it might be one of those sterile, corporate extended-stay places, but man, was I wrong. This 4-star gem actually feels like staying in a really well-appointed friend’s place, if your friend happened to have impeccable taste and a serious attention to detail.

What really struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment comfort. You know what I mean – you get the space and freedom to actually live a bit (there’s a proper kitchen, not just a sad mini-fridge), but you’re not sacrificing those little luxuries that make a trip feel special. The rooms are genuinely spacious, and I’m talking about real space, not that creative furniture arrangement that hotels sometimes try to pass off as “open concept.” The kitchen area actually has counter space where you can spread out if you’re the type who likes to grab local ingredients and cook a bit – honestly, after eating out for several days straight, being able to make a simple breakfast felt like such a luxury.

The whole place has this lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake. The furnishings feel substantial, not like they were chosen from a hotel catalog, and there are these thoughtful touches everywhere – good lighting where you actually need it, outlets in logical places, decent hangers in the closet (you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong). I mean, the 9-point-something rating doesn’t come from nowhere, right? The staff seems to genuinely care about the details, and it shows in everything from how quickly they respond to questions to the way the place is maintained. Nothing felt worn down or like they were cutting corners to save a few bucks. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no endless upselling or confusing explanations about amenities you’ll never use. They just get you settled and let you enjoy the space, which is honestly all I want after a long travel day.

  Property was very nice but location was very horrible . This is not an apartment. This is a house located in residence. Entrance was very bad. Rest in very thing was good . Owner was very nice.

  Остались очень довольны проживанием в вашем жилье. Приветливый хозяин, всё для удобства жилья было предусмотрено. Было чувство, что хозяин подготовил всё как для себя. Сразу вспомнился принцип " Поступайте с людьми так как хотите, чтоб с вами поступали. "

  Замечательный хозяин, очень приветлив, готов помочь в любой ситуации. Очень чисто, все продумано для проживания. Есть все необходимое, не было ситуации, чтобы нам чего-то не хватило. Расположение – самый центр города, рядом красивый парк. Хозяин провел короткую экскурсию по окрестностям, все показал. Нам очень понравилось, если еще когда-нибудь будем в Грузии, то однозначно будем бронировать только эти апартаменты.
  
  P.S. Кто-то в отзывах писал, что нет спичек и открывашки, это не так! Открывашка точно есть, а плита с электро розжигом, не слушайте их, это все враньё.
