I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Old Town Trinity Apartments, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The word “apartments” had me thinking it might be one of those sterile, corporate extended-stay places, but wow, was I wrong. This place actually feels like you’re staying in someone’s carefully curated home, if that someone happened to have impeccable taste and a thing for historical charm.

What really gets me about this place is how they’ve managed to keep that authentic old-world character without making you feel like you’re roughing it. The rooms have these gorgeous original details – I’m talking exposed beams, thick stone walls that keep everything surprisingly cool, and windows that actually open (you know how rare that’s becoming these days). But then you’ve got all the modern stuff that actually works: powerful showers, reliable Wi-Fi, and kitchenettes that are properly equipped, not just thrown together as an afterthought. I mean, they even had decent knives in the kitchen drawer, which tells you someone actually thought about what travelers need.

The staff here really knows their stuff too – not in that over-rehearsed concierge way, but like they genuinely live in the area and want you to discover the good spots. They pointed me toward this tiny bakery about three blocks away that I never would have found otherwise, and honestly, it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The whole vibe is more like staying with knowledgeable locals than checking into a hotel. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and they actually remembered my name the next morning, which seems small but makes such a difference. The only minor thing I’d mention is that these old buildings can be a bit echoey – you might hear your upstairs neighbors if they’re early risers, but it’s nothing a pair of earplugs can’t handle. Plus, there’s something kind of cozy about hearing a bit of life around you rather than that tomb-like silence you get in some places. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels genuinely special rather than just professionally adequate, this is definitely worth considering.

  I can't put my feelings into words!
  The place is very nicely located and you can walk to the city attractions. It's absolutely clean and perfect.
  But above all, the landlord and his family are very warm and kind. They made our experience in Tbilisi unique by their hospitality.
  The fresh Georgian bread they bought us in the morning, the wine they kindly offered and so much more.
  I would go back to the same apartment if I decide to visit Tbilisi again!

  Новое жилье , все чисто и убрано , есть балкончик и все необходимое , находиться в спальном районе на улице не шумно , в пешей доступности до старого города

  Отличная квартира! Хозяева очень гостеприимные и радушные люди. У меня был поздний заезд – после часа ночи, меня встретили. Питание в апартаментах не предусмотрено, но хозяева показали где можно покушать в заведении, недалеко от места проживания, вкусно и очень недорого.
  До центра идти пешком не более 15 минут.

  Отличная локация,в пешей доступности бОльшая часть достопримечательностей,рядом пункт обмена валюты,магазины, кафе,аптеки и т.д
  Хорошая,красивая благоустроенная территория,новый ремонт.
  Просторный номер,со всеми удобствами.
  Отдельно можно выделить Грузинское гостеприимство владельцев ( Дато и его сына Арчи),большое спасибо за такой тёплый приём.
