  Prime location. Next to Avlabari Metro Station. Walkable distance to sight seeing places and restaurants. Mr. Goga, the host was an absolute professional. He even arranged to pick us up from the airport at an extra cost. His father was kind enough to do that. He came and met us at the time of check in and explained and walked thru us the apartment. All three BRs are spacious and with attached bath. The living room has sofa and a dinning table. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Best location for ease of access to all the places. There is a paid car parking right in front of the building.

  Apartment is in Perfect location, near supermarkets and pharmacy and resturants. and city attraction "Holi trinity church" and apartment was so clean. owner was very friendly. recommended.
  
  What could be improved: due to the older building, the soundproofing was not the best, and we could hear some noise from outside. Also, we had to be extra careful as the neighbors were sensitive to noise. Overall, a good stay.

  Excellent communication with Goga who was an extremely approachable and responsive host. Smooth check-in process, warm spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and superb water pressure in the shower. Outstanding accommodation in a very convenient, central location as the apartment is a walkable distance to many central attractions including the night life. Would be delighted to stay there again.

  This is an amazingly comfortable apartment beautifully furnished in the most central location!
  During the check-in, Goga helped us carry our bags and answered us very kindly about everything. The apartment has everything you need, it was very clean and tidy. I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it at this price!

  Great apartment! Great location!
  Whether you go out or not, there is a metro station, a market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria and cafes nearby. The apartment is equipped with all necessary equipment and is very comfortable for a large family. Every room has a TV and most importantly Netflix! 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, which is very cozy and quiet. The owner is very attentive and polite, I recommend it to everyone!
