Old and modern Apart Ninoshvili Overview
I just got back from Tbilisi, and honestly, this spot—Old and modern Apart Ninoshvili—felt like a secret corner in the city that only locals would know. The building sits on Egnate Ninoshvili Street, right in the heart of Chugureti, so I could hop over to the nearby café on Shota Rustaveli Avenue for a cup of strong Georgian brewmilk before heading to the hotel. The lobby is a blend of old stonework and sleek, minimalist furniture, so it’s like walking into a gallery that also happens to be a home. When I checked in, the front desk staff were quick, but the real charm came from the handwritten welcome note that mentioned the best times to enjoy the city’s nightlife without the usual tourist crowds. I mean, you can still hear the distant hum of the metro, but it’s a comforting background buzz, not a roar.
The rooms are spacious, with a surprisingly soft, high‑quality bed that felt like a cloud after a long day of exploring. The bathrooms are almost spa‑like: the shower has a generous water pressure, and the toiletries are locally made, with a hint of lavender and eucalyptus—just enough to remind you of the Georgian countryside. I stayed in the top floor, so the view of the city at night was a real treat: the lights of the old town flicker against the modern glass of the hotel. Noise was minimal, except for the occasional church bell in the early evening, which actually added a touch of local authenticity. Parking is a bit of a hassle—there’s a shared lot on the street, so I had to walk a few blocks, but it’s worth it because you’re right where the action is.
What really sold me on this place was how the staff seemed genuinely invested in my visit. They recommended a hidden gem—an old bistro on Vake Avenue that serves the best khinkali you’ll find in Tbilisi. When I asked about the best time to visit the nearby Mtatsminda Park, they told me to go early in the morning, before the crowds, to catch the sunrise over the Caucasus. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi was spotty in the older sections of the building, but that’s a minor quibble for a price that feels fair for a 4‑star experience. All in all, Old and modern Apart Ninoshvili is a place that feels like a trusted friend’s home—warm, welcoming, and full of little surprises that make a trip to Tbilisi unforgettable.

Felt like home — stylish, clean, peaceful, and hosted with so much love! – Barbara from Georgia – July 16, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment was super cozy 🫶🏼exactly like the photos ❤️ big, super clean, and very cozy. It had this perfect mix of old charm and modern comfort. I could tell the host really put effort into every detail – everything felt thoughtful and welcoming.
The location was amazing – right in the center, but still peaceful and quiet. I was close to everything: shops, great restaurants, and fun places like Fabrika. Taxis would arrive within 3 minutes – so easy to get around!
One of my favorite moments was sipping wine (gifted by the host! 🍷) on the lovely balcony with such a sweet view. The host was truly the best – very kind, caring, and attentive. You can really feel that they care about guests having a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again!Would definitely choose this apartment next time. The perfect location and value for money – Georgy from Israel – July 18, 2025 (9/10)
The Host was super responsive, we had to look for another option urgently as the apartment we had booked before was rejected at the last moment. The Host agreed to meet my family at the airport and drove them to the place. The apartment itself is clear, bright and has super high ceilings. The location I liked a lot, it's on the left side of Kura, plenty of cafes, restaurants, and coworkings around there. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
What could be improved: Note that the air conditioning is only in the kitchen-salon space. For us it was enough during the day, but it was a bit too hot in the sleeping room at night. Having the fan working would solve this issue.Exceptional – Старк from Russia – August 31, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: Было бы не плохо, если бы была микроволновка.Exceptional – Земфира from Russia – August 1, 2025 (10/10)
