You walk out onto the sidewalk and you’re already surrounded by the scent of fresh khinkali from a vendor on nearby Samadlo Street, and the faint hum of traffic from the avenue across the street. The front desk was friendly, but during the morning rush there was a small line—nothing dramatic, just a polite queue and a few polite smiles. Parking is a bit of a hunt; there’s a small, paid lot behind the building that’s usually full by early afternoon, so I ended up walking a few minutes to a street‑side meter—easy enough, but something to keep in mind if you’re lugging a lot of bags.

The apartment itself is a spacious, single‑room layout with a kitchenette that actually works—think about the texture of the granite counter, the click of the tap, the scent of fresh coffee brewing. The room’s natural light is generous, especially from the balcony that opens onto a quiet courtyard. There’s a window that looks out over the city’s rooftops, and on a clear evening you can hear the distant bells of the Sioni Cathedral, a few blocks away.   the rooms was clean and nice, it's great that every room has their own bathroom. it's in middle of the city center so there are a lot of restaurants, coffee places and it's easy to start exploring the city from there. the price is really good
  
  What could be improved: the living room/dining room is pretty small, we were the group of 8 and it was quite tight when we sit there together. the surroundings of the apartment is really dirty and messy, but i guess it's kinda what the center of the tbilisi is.

  The Host Niko was Super helpful & he kept us guiding on whole of our trip. And thats what made all the difference as always felt safe & comforatble that there is someone available if we need any support. In fact Niko made all the difference. He also arranged for local taxi for us which we used for all our travel. The apartment was clean & right in center of the Old City with all places of interest at walking distance. Highly recommended – Just get in touch with host – they walk a mile for you

  Location very close to the centre of town.
  Owner response is very good. When washing machine broke down, he arranged for laundry to be done in his laundromat.
