Near the apartment, there’s a tiny art gallery that showcases local painters – I spent a quiet evening scrolling through their works, and the owner offered a free local wine tasting. The highlight for me was the breakfast bar in the lobby, which had a spread of fresh fruit, yogurt, and a selection of local cheeses – not the most luxurious, but genuinely tasty. You’ll get a real taste of the city without the tourist traps.   Clean, spacious room, with absolutely all amenities. The location is very nice, as it's a quiet district not far from the centre (btw, nearby there is a nice restaurant, for those who plan to work remotely it's a great option).
  The yard is very nice, with palms and swing chairs, sometimes we forgot we were in Tbilisi. Also, the owner is very helpful and flexible 🙂

  It was really comfortable inside and outside the terrace, you can simply sit down and have your coffee while smoking. The neighborhood is really quiet that both in mornings and at nights you almost don’t hear anything/anyone around.
  All the daily facilities are provided and they’re functional at the same time. The bathroom is really clean and there’s definitely hot water.

  The apartment is nice and warm – we were there in November, and the weather was quite cold. The host was very attentive and promptly helped us. It is a small apart-hotel with a private courtyard with palms. The place is quiet, high on a hill with fresh air, which is a big plus for Tbilisi. At the same time, it is not far from the center – 30 min by foot or 10 min by car.
