The balcony – which is bigger than I expected from the photos – faces the perfect direction for morning coffee. I spent way too much time out there just watching the neighborhood wake up.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the renovation. The kitchen feels like somewhere you’d actually want to cook, not just heat up leftovers. They’ve got this beautiful subway tile backsplash and countertops that look expensive but aren’t trying too hard to be fancy. Both bedrooms are genuinely spacious (the master actually fits a king bed with room to walk around), and the closet space is surprisingly generous. The bathrooms – well, let’s just say they clearly didn’t cheap out on the fixtures. That rainfall showerhead in the main bath is something I’m definitely going to miss.

You know what really sold me on this place though? It’s the little things they got right. The WiFi actually works everywhere in the apartment, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and there’s enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your chargers. The building itself is well-maintained without being stuffy – I never had issues with noise from neighbors, and the hallways don’t have that weird apartment building smell some places get. Parking was straightforward too, which honestly can make or break a stay depending on where you’re visiting.

The 10 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but everything just works exactly how it should. The beds are comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect, and the whole space feels like somewhere you could actually live, not just crash for a few nights. I ended up extending my stay an extra two days just because I wasn’t ready to leave – and trust me, that’s not something I do often.

  Все было прекрасно, останавливались на 3 дня. Очень уютная квартира, в центре Тбилиси, в традиционном грузинском дворике, очень доброжелательные соседи, которые напоследок ещё и угостили нас сладостями. В квартире есть все необходимое, удобный балкончик, все убрано и чисто, коммуникация с хозяином максимально комфортная. По близости есть несколько магазинов, палатки с фруктами. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз именно в это место. Большое спасибо.
