You know what caught me off guard about New Central Suite? Walking into the lobby, I actually had to double-check I was in the right place – it’s way more polished than you’d expect from the name. I mean, “New Central Suite” sounds kind of generic, right? But honestly, whoever runs this place has really figured out how to make a 4-star property feel like it’s punching above its weight class.

The suites themselves are where this hotel really shines, and I’m talking proper suites here – not those cramped “junior” things where the bed is basically in your kitchenette. Each one has this smart layout with actual separation between the living area and bedroom, plus these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too; I actually cooked breakfast a couple mornings instead of going out, which saved me a decent chunk of change. Little touches everywhere show someone’s paying attention – like the way they’ve got USB ports built right into the nightstands (why don’t more places do this?) and how the shower pressure is consistently excellent, not just good on some floors and terrible on others.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how the staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, maintenance showed up within twenty minutes – on a Sunday evening, no less. That 9.4 rating isn’t just inflated review scores from friends and family; you can feel it in how the whole operation runs. The neighborhood’s pretty solid too, actually – it’s in one of those areas where you can walk to plenty of restaurants and shops without dealing with the chaos of the main tourist strips. Parking can be a bit tight during peak season (they’ve got their own garage, but it fills up), so I’d definitely reserve a spot ahead of time if you’re driving. Honestly, for what you get versus what you pay, especially if you snag one of their longer-stay rates, this place is a really smart pick. It’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in town, but it absolutely nails being a comfortable, well-run place where you can actually relax.

Host was an extremely helpful, proactive and responsive person, he provided everything we asked from the electricity plug adapter to little bed for our 12 years old. The location of the apartment was ideal, very touristy and exactly as described. Really clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

  We loved the location! I was worried about noise when we arrived but we couldn’t hear a thing. Getting in was simple, rooms were spotlessly clean as in the pictures, we did arrive very early in Tbilisi, but thanks to our Host we were able to leave our luggage at our accommodation. The kitchen was stocked with crockery and the washing machine worked well. 10/10
