  Thea is so kind and beatiful ☺ she explained all details about reaching to flat one day before. We found the flat easily at midnight. The apartment was clean and hot. You can find everything that you need at house, everything! Also the apartment was close to everywhere. We used yandexgo ınside of city and we usually paid 5-7 GEL. Absolutely you should rent this apartment then would give me thanks.

  Everything was perfect! Tea is a wonderful host that’s always ready to help you in any situation. also the accommodation is really cosy and comfortable. everything was clean, beds were super comfortable and the atmosphere in the flat was really warm with so many details. it’s like someone is hugging you. Also neighbours was ready to help any time. So if you want to have a great vacation in Tbilisi and feel the culture I’m honestly recommend to stay in this accommodation

  Beds are nice and comfortable, the location is good as well. A very good thing is that key is in the locker so we were able to check in and check out in the time that is convenient to us.
  
  What could be improved: Of course the pictures are not representing the place 100% accurately – you can see the signs of usage (like it is in almost all of short-term rental places). The apartment could use some handiwork like fixing the loose cabinets, oiling the doors, doing some ceiling work in the bathroom.
  Also the apartment has one central AC and the cold air doesn’t really reach the furthest bedroom which is a struggle in 35C degree weather.
  The pictures give illusion that the terrace is a bit more private than it is in the reality.

  Очень уютное жильё!
  В наличии все что необходимо для проживания! А в жару кондиционер просто спасение!
  Чисто. Тихий дворик с местом где можно поставить автомобиль.
  Забавные три дворовых кота, рыжий, чёрный и серый, живые игрушки!
  Удобное расположение комнат.
  Расположение в старом городе вносит свой особый колорит.
  Хозяйка всегда была на связи с нами. По любому вопросу можно было обратиться, она сразу отвечала.
