Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first heard about New Age Living – the name could go either way, you know? But stepping into this 4-star property, I immediately got why they chose it. There’s this perfect balance between modern design and actually feeling like a place where real people live, not just pass through for a night or two.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to create spaces that feel both sleek and comfortable. The lobby has these incredible floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light, and instead of the usual stiff hotel furniture, they’ve got these modular seating areas where you actually see guests hanging out with laptops or having real conversations. I mean, the Wi-Fi is solid throughout – I tested it because, let’s be honest, that can make or break a stay. The rooms themselves are thoughtfully laid out with plenty of power outlets (thank god), and the beds are firm without being like sleeping on concrete. Small thing, but the blackout curtains actually work, which is rarer than it should be.

The service here consistently hits that sweet spot where staff are genuinely helpful without being hovering or overly formal. During my stay, the front desk team remembered my name after the first day, and when I mentioned I was looking for a good coffee spot nearby, they didn’t just point to their own café – they actually gave me directions to this local roastery that ended up being fantastic. Speaking of their café, the breakfast setup is more grab-and-go style with really quality pastries and proper espresso, perfect if you’re not into long hotel dining experiences. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped – I was impressed they had actual free weights, not just machines. One thing to note: the parking situation can get tight during busy periods, so if you’re driving, definitely call ahead. The location puts you within walking distance of some great neighborhoods for evening strolls, and the surrounding area has that nice mix of residential quiet but with plenty of dining options when you want them. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the owners actually thought about how people travel today – whether you’re there for work, weekend getaway, or somewhere in between.

  A nice 2-bedroom apartment in a new building that had everything we needed for our stay. The best part about this apartment is the location – there are restaurants, shops, cafes and bars near the entry to the apartment building and the city center. Giorgi was a great host and provided recommendations for some good local restaurants. We were happy with our stay and would happily stay in Giorgi's apartment again.

  The studio is one of the nicest places I've ever been. Everything is right. The rooms are large, beautiful and have a great atmosphere. The bedrooms are very cozy and the apartment has everything you need. The furnishings are modern and extremely tasteful. located in the middle of lively Tbilisi but in a very cozy neighborhood. Host was always approachable and helpful. Absolutely Perfection of stay. Thank you 🙏

  It is exactly in 2 minutes from the center, there are lot of tourist attractions nearby, like; opera and ballet national theater, mall, Old city.
  Super friendly and helpful host George who is very communicative and nice person, always I'll definitely be back next time in georgia!

  Great little spot, lovely quiet location in the central district, short walk distance to the main city center “liberty square”, also lot of tourist attractions was very close.   This is an amazing place. It right next to parliament of Georgia. The apartment is modern, neat and clean. The host provides all necessary amenities. The kitchen has all necessary utensils and we used to cook our breakfast daily. We highly recommend this place.
