The name suggests something modern and minimalist, and honestly, that’s exactly what you get. This four-star property sits right in the heart of Mtatsminda, one of Tbilisi‘s most desirable neighborhoods, and the moment you step inside, you understand why couples are absolutely smitten with this place.

You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You’re positioned perfectly to explore both old and new Tbilisi without feeling like a tourist trapped in the obvious spots. Mtatsminda is where locals actually want to live — it’s got this sophisticated, residential vibe that feels authentic. The funicular railway is just a short walk away, which means you can zip up to Mtatsminda Park whenever you want those incredible city views. Plus, you’re close enough to the old town that you can wander down for dinner, but far enough up the hill that you escape the crowds when you want some peace.

The Space

The apartment itself feels like staying in a friend’s really well-designed place rather than a typical hotel room. Everything’s been thoughtfully updated with clean lines and modern fixtures, but it doesn’t feel sterile or impersonal. The kitchen is actually functional — I mean, you could genuinely cook a proper meal here if you wanted to, though with Tbilisi’s incredible food scene right outside your door, you probably won’t.   A nice 2-bedroom apartment in a new building that had everything we needed for our stay. The best part about this apartment is the location – there are restaurants, shops, cafes and bars near the entry to the apartment building and the city center. Giorgi was a great host and provided recommendations for some good local restaurants. We were happy with our stay and would happily stay in Giorgi's apartment again.

  The studio is one of the nicest places I've ever been. Everything is right. The rooms are large, beautiful and have a great atmosphere. The bedrooms are very cozy and the apartment has everything you need. The furnishings are modern and extremely tasteful. located in the middle of lively Tbilisi but in a very cozy neighborhood.   It is exactly in 2 minutes from the center, there are lot of tourist attractions nearby, like; opera and ballet national theater, mall, Old city.
  Super friendly and helpful host George who is very communicative and nice person, always I'll definitely be back next time in georgia!

  Great little spot, lovely quiet location in the central district, short walk distance to the main city center “liberty square”, also lot of tourist attractions was very close.
