  I lived in this apartment for six days. there are groceries nearby. If you want to eat out than find apartment to closer center. it's not problem to get center city by taxi or metro. A great balcony with a table and chairs. Everything you need to cook is provided. Very cozy apartment.

  The apartment is fairly modern and has both gas heating and AC.
  Location is outside city limits but bus service right outside.
  The metro is 10-15 min walk.
  The owner is very approachable and goes out his way to help.
  
  What could be improved: There is no oven or microwave if you wish to cook for yourself. There is only Gas hob. Need more utensils/pots etc too.

  Шикарная квартира, великолепное расположение, рядом станция метро, магазин. Хозяин вежливый, быстро отвечает на всё возникшие вопросы. Все чисто, есть всё необходимое.

  Вариантов жилья рассмотрели много🤔, но остановились именно на этом. 2-х комнатная квартира на 8 этаже оказалась очень уютной и светлой. Всё соответствовало описанию. На просторном балконе со столиком и креслами можно не спеша выпить утренний кофе или посмотреть на закат с бокалом вина🤗🥂. Метро, магазины и остановки в шаговой доступности.
  Хозяин всегда на связи, общались через WhatsApp. Бронь квартиры была с 14.06 по 25.06.

  Чистая, светлая, уютная квартира. Для жизни все есть. Прожили в ней неделю как дома. 7-10 мин на метро, рядом магазин, детская площадка, до центра Тбилиси пару остановок. Приедем еще раз в Тбилиси будем бронировать
