Mukhrantubani Boutique Hotel Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Mukhrantubani Boutique Hotel on Baratashvili Street, you immediately get that feeling you’ve stumbled onto something special. This four-star boutique property sits right in the heart of Tbilisi, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — couples especially seem to love it here, which makes total sense once you see how walkable everything is. The building itself has this charming Georgian character that feels authentic without trying too hard, you know what I mean?
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about staying on Baratashvili Street — you’re literally in the sweet spot of the old town. I mean, you can walk to most of the major sights without breaking a sweat, and there’s something really nice about being able to duck back to your room for a quick break before heading out for dinner. The sulfur baths are just a short stroll away, and if you want to explore the newer parts of the city, well, everything’s pretty accessible from here. Plus, they’ve got free private parking right at the hotel, which is actually a huge deal in this part of town — trust me on that one.
The Rooms & Comfort
The rooms strike that perfect balance between boutique charm and modern comfort. Nothing feels overdone or pretentious — just thoughtfully designed spaces that actually work for travelers. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms are well-appointed without being flashy. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything felt, even though you’re right in the middle of the action. The attention to detail is there, but it doesn’t hit you over the head with it.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast here is honestly impressive — they’ve got this whole spread that covers pretty much every dietary preference you can think of. Continental options, vegetarian, vegan, even halal choices, all laid out buffet-style so you can take your time deciding. The quality is solid, and there’s enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying for several days. I actually found myself looking forward to breakfast each morning, which doesn’t always happen at hotels. The restaurant area has this warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger over your coffee.
Why Guests Love It
Look, the 9.3 rating isn’t just a number — you can feel it in how smoothly everything runs here. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work, without being overly formal about it. It’s that rare combination of being professionally run while still feeling personal and approachable. The location score of 9.8 tells the real story though — when you can walk out your door and be immediately immersed in everything Tbilisi has to offer, that’s when a hotel stop being just a place to sleep and becomes part of the experience itself. For couples especially, there’s something really special about having this peaceful home base right in the heart of such a vibrant city.

Greatt hotel in a very good location. Can walk everywhere by foot. Amazing breakfast with a lot of options. Staff is very helpful with anything you ask. Georgi helped us with a lot of our questions! 100% would recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay myself if return to Tbilisi.
Tulika from India (8/10)
Right from the second I booked, the hotel was extremely responsive and prompt. They connected me with an excellent tour guide & driver, David, who was not only a safe driver (surprisingly rare for Tbilisi) but also pleasant, punctual & a good conversationalist. He helped us with airport transfers, interesting private tours and made our visit extremely enjoyable.
The hotel staff was also very hospitable and while it’s not a luxurious option, if you want to be out and about, this hotel is a great pick.Mher from Armenia (9/10)
