What really sets this place apart though is how it sits in Tbilisi. You’re in this quieter residential area that feels authentically Georgian, but you’re not isolated from everything interesting. I could walk to some fantastic restaurants and wine bars without dealing with the tourist crowds, and when I did want to explore the old town, it was an easy ride away. The neighborhood has this lovely evening rhythm – locals chatting on their balconies, kids playing in the courtyards, the smell of someone’s dinner drifting from an open window. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re experiencing real life in the city, not just passing through it. The hotel’s 9.3 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not flashy enough to be intimidating, but everything is done so thoughtfully that you find yourself relaxing in a way that doesn’t always happen at hotels. Even little things like the lighting in the hallways and the quality of the coffee in the morning show attention to detail that you notice, even if you can’t quite put your finger on why everything feels so right.

  Right from the second I booked, the hotel was extremely responsive and prompt. They connected me with an excellent tour guide & driver, David, who was not only a safe driver (surprisingly rare for Tbilisi) but also pleasant, punctual & a good conversationalist. He helped us with airport transfers, interesting private tours and made our visit extremely enjoyable.
  The hotel staff was also very hospitable and while it’s not a luxurious option, if you want to be out and about, this hotel is a great pick.
