  Right from the second I booked, the hotel was extremely responsive and prompt. They connected me with an excellent tour guide & driver, David, who was not only a safe driver (surprisingly rare for Tbilisi) but also pleasant, punctual & a good conversationalist. He helped us with airport transfers, interesting private tours and made our visit extremely enjoyable.
  The hotel staff was also very hospitable and while it’s not a luxurious option, if you want to be out and about, this hotel is a great pick.
