  Очень радушные хозяева! Чисто, матрас для меня был идеально удобный. Во дворике огромное дерево с хурмой, которая как раз поспела к нашему приезду)
  В наличии была посуда,столовые приборы(нашла не сразу,но они есть, если что – не стесняйтесь спрашивать, вам всегда рады помочь), соль, сахар ,немного чая ,кофе шампуня и геля для душа. Из техники: стиральная машина,духовка(в ней удобно греть бургеры из Spar), холодильник, чайник, обогреватель, проточный водонагреватель. Водонагреватель со своей задачей справляется – душ горячий.
  Рядом с домом красивый храм с потрясающим видом, а также живописный спуск к мосту со стекающей по отвесному склону водой.

  What could be improved: Отопление было за счёт переносного обогревателя, так что в туалете/душе в ноябре весьма прохладно, если заранее не обогреть. Но это вроде как до завершения ремонтных работ. Поддон холодильника иногда входил в резонанс и начинал сильно вибрировать – решалось небольшим нажатием на сам поддон.

  В следующий раз, только сюда🔥 Идеальное расположение. Очень отзывчивые хозяева. Номер предназначен на двоих. Так сложилось, что к нам добавилась 3-я персона. Я попросила хозяев поставить раскладушку, если такова имеется. Но когда мы заселились, нам поставили полноценную кровать!!!!я считаю, это 100 из 100! Даже обидно было, что всего на одни сутки заселились. В номере есть все необходимое. Достаточно розеток. Хорошие матрасы и подушки, что важно. Так что, приезжайте сюда)

  Отдыхали в Тбилиси ,останавливались в нескольких местах. Имея сравнительный опыт могу смело утверждать ,что MTX Tbilisi – это самый оптимальный вариант! Понравилось абсолютно всё. Чистота и уют. Очень гостеприимные, дружелюбные хозяева. Удобное расположение ,все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Тот самый случай,когда качество выше ,чем цена . Однозначно рекомендую .
