I stayed on the third floor and barely heard any street noise, which was a pleasant surprise.   The apartment was very clean and quite. Its location is perfect, it is close to the centre of the city and not as noisy as it might get in the central streets.

  Simply everything.
  Location is ideal, in a calm residency but close to old city and many touristic interest points, restaurants and markets.
  Room is very clean, and well maintained. Comfortable bed.
  Most amazing was the owner who was present to assist and reply to any request. He briefed me the history of Tbilisi at my arrival, and give advice about visiting the city. He managed also the transport from and to the airport.

  The hotel is very clean, cozy, stylish design. The hosts are friendly and always ready to help and suggest something. This is not a tourist center, but only 5-10 minutes walk from it, along the authentic Tbilisi streets. So that was a plus for us.
