The building itself looks like a relic from another era—brick façade, tiny balconies—yet the interior feels like a modern apartment loft, which is the whole point of the “Apart” concept. The check‑in was surprisingly quick; the front desk clerk greeted me with a bright smile and a quick briefing on the elevator quirks, which is handy because the elevators are a bit old‑school and can be a bit slow during rush hour. They gave me a digital key that glows a faint blue, which is cool and makes you feel like you’re in a sci‑fi film—though honestly, I was more excited to get my room than to be a tech‑savvy spy.

The hotel’s location is a win for anyone who wants to walk. A few minutes’ stroll takes you to the Old Town’s cobblestones and the bustling market where vendors sell fresh apricots and the scent of grilled meat—once you’re there, the whole city comes alive in a way that a car‑based tour never does. Parking isn’t a big deal because the building has a small underground lot, but be prepared to pay a small fee (it’s less than you’d think, and the attendants are friendly). I parked my scooter on the street a block away; the traffic is lively but manageable, and the noise from the street is just a distant hum—like a soundtrack of the city. If you’re a light sleeper, the room’s windows face the street side, so you’ll hear the occasional busker or a child’s laughter, but the walls are thick enough that it doesn’t feel like a bomb shelter. For quieter hours, you’re best off staying in the quieter corner rooms on the upper floors; they’re a bit pricier, but the view of the city at night—especially the flicker of the cathedral lights—makes it worth it.

The room itself is spacious and airy; the décor is a mix of mid‑century modern and Georgian motifs, which feels like a nod to the city’s layered history. The bed is comfy, the towels are fluffy, and the mini‑fridge was a lifesaver after a long day of exploring. The only real gripe is the Wi‑Fi—sometimes it’s a bit spotty, especially during the summer rush, so if you’re a digital nomad, you might need a mobile hotspot. The bathroom is clean, but the shower has a bit of a leak that runs a trickle when you turn it off—nothing too bad, just a little annoying. Food-wise, there’s a small café inside the building that serves coffee and pastries, but for a proper breakfast you’re better off heading to the café on Rustaveli Avenue, which is a short walk away. Overall, I’d say this place is a solid 4‑star experience for those who want to blend modern comfort with an authentic Georgian vibe. If you’re planning a trip during the peak season (June to August), book early; the rooms go fast, but the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate you. For quieter times, you’ll find the city quieter and the hotel even more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it to friends who want to feel like locals while still having a comfortable, modern stay.

  What could be improved: A little bit difficult to reach over the Adress on booking.com. Search for the small Café UTSKHO nearby and park the car in the street around the sharp corner of UTSKHO. You can reach the appartement then by going 100m uphill.

  The property was really nice, spacious. Really big property, perfect for 4 people.
  It has all the necessary facilities. The rooms and living room were really clean.
  The bathroom is huge and equipped with all the facilities you will need while staying there.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice and cozy apartment. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The apartment is situated a 15-20 minute walk from downtown, up a steep hill, which requires a little bit of effort on foot. However, this location offers the advantage of being much quieter than downtown. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere it provided. Also, we had an incredible view from the window. Overall, a fantastic experience!

  The apartment was in very good location you can walk to old town and also drive wot gable car. Everything is really near. Also the apartment was super clean., very cozy and modern. You can find really nice kitchen and equipement, washing mashine, large tv, fast internet. If you need something you can always ask.The host was really friendly and helpful. You can ask from host local tours. We ordered a drive in to Batumi.
  It still hard to belive how he managed to drive 8 hours Batumi and then back 🤔 We really enjoyed our stay it feels like home ❤️
