The housekeeping is meticulous without being intrusive – they somehow manage to refresh everything while leaving your personal setup exactly as you want it.

They’ll remember your coffee preference from day one, or that you mentioned wanting restaurant recommendations for a specific type of cuisine. I’ve stayed at places twice the price where I felt like just another room number, but here there’s this authentic warmth that makes you feel like you’re visiting friends rather than just checking into another hotel. The common areas have this relaxed energy where guests naturally end up chatting – there’s something about the atmosphere that just brings out the friendly side in people. And the attention to cleanliness and maintenance is honestly impressive; everything feels fresh and well-cared-for without that sterile hotel smell you get in some places.   Ездили на новогодние каникулы всей семьей с двумя детьми и котом. Честно говоря, не ожидали такой радушный прием. Хозяева нас встретили очень тепло, встретили нас вином, хачапури, корзиной фруктов. Наряженная елка и камин привели в восторг нас всех, особенно дочь. Домик состоит из кухни, гостиной и спальни, всем хватило места. В доме отличный проводной интернет, удавалось работать и нам с женой на ноутбуках и детям сидеть в интернете.
  У хозяев отличный сад с фруктам, которыми нас угощали, хурма была превосходная.
  Летом обязательно поедем отдыхать сюда же.

  Это наши пятые апартаменты в Тбилиси, но так приятно и так по семейному не было ни где. Хозяева ( Тамаз, Нанули, Кока) очень вежливые, воспитанные, образованные люди.
  Нас встречали так как встречают родственников после долгой разлуки ( вино, чача, все дела). На любую нашу просьбу реагировали молниеносно с огромным и искренним желанием нам помочь. Это тот тип людей, которые узнают как у вас дела не для галочки, а с целью – узнать может нужна какая-то помощь! Мы никогда этого не забудем!
  Апартаменты (отдельно стоящий домик):
  – Очень все чисто
  – Посуды хватит на большую свадьбу
  – Новый кухонный гарнитур (это не мини-кухня, а полноценная, хорошая кухня)
  – Камин ( очень классно посидеть у огня и попить натурального, домашнего вина) ( о вине можно договориться с хозяевами, все приемлемо). Вино 100% натуральное, сами видели как его переливали и убирали на хранение.
  – Хорошая стиральная машинка
  – Расположены апартаменты в 10-ти минутах на такси от центра. Тишина, спокойствие, чистый воздух.
  – Есть мангал, которым можно пользоваться ( если погода позволяет)
  В общем, есть все что бы расслабиться и отдохнуть с большим удовольствием.

  Мы очень рады что оказались в этой семье и обрели новых друзей!
