Here’s what I love about the location on Samghebro Street — you’re literally steps from the sulfur baths district and the winding paths up to Narikala Fortress, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with constant tourist foot traffic outside your window. You can walk to the Bridge of Peace in about five minutes, and the cable car to Mtatsminda Park is an easy stroll. The four-star property sits in what locals call the heart of Old Tbilisi, meaning you’ll stumble upon those hidden wine cellars and family-run khachapuri spots that guidebooks somehow miss.

The Rooms

My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that actually opened (you know how rare that’s becoming), giving me a proper view of the city’s mix of medieval architecture and Soviet-era buildings. The beds are genuinely comfortable — not just hotel-marketing comfortable — and the bathroom feels spacious without being wasteful. What struck me was how they’ve managed to incorporate subtle Georgian design elements without making it feel like a theme park. The air conditioning works well, which matters more than you’d think during Tbilisi’s surprisingly warm summers.

The hotel restaurant serves both international dishes and Georgian cuisine, though honestly, I’d recommend venturing out for the really authentic local food — that’s half the fun of being in this neighborhood anyway. What I appreciated was their breakfast spread, which includes some Georgian specialties alongside the usual continental options. There’s also a fitness center that’s well-equipped enough for a decent workout, and the business facilities are solid if you need to catch up on work between sightseeing.

This place works particularly well for couples — there’s something romantic about stepping out onto those narrow Old Town streets in the evening, then returning to a comfortable, well-run hotel. The combination of professional service and that prime location means you’re getting the best of both worlds: easy access to Tbilisi’s most interesting quarters without sacrificing comfort. I mean, when you can walk to the sulfur baths, the flea market at Dry Bridge, and some of the city’s best wine bars all within ten minutes, you start to understand why recent guests rate the location so highly.   Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight! It has two stunning balconies offering the most breathtaking views in Tbilisi. One balcony overlooks the vibrant Meidan Square and the Kura River, while the other provides a picturesque view of the St. George Cathedral and the historic Narikala Castle.
  The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, an enormous living room, and a small yet functional kitchen that met all our needs.
  The host was exceptionally friendly and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the airport shuttle services were top-notch, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival and departure.

  Beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace overlooking the old town and river, location could not be better! We slept 5 people comfortably and the aircon was a huge bonus in the heat. We loved our 3 night stay here

  The location is what we liked most; it's very close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and the cable cars. It's located on one of the busiest and liveliest streets so the nearby pubs and street performers shut down quite late; this was not a major issue for us. The apartment is very spacious and quite modern with most amenities available. A parking spot is provided upon request and Manana was ready to help, if needed. Thank you for the hospitality.
