The beds are actually comfortable (I mean, really comfortable, not just “good enough for a few nights” comfortable), and there’s proper hot water, which trust me, isn’t always a given in some of the older buildings around here. The Wi-Fi works well too, though you might find yourself wanting to disconnect and just wander the cobblestone streets instead. I spent most evenings on the little balcony area they have, sipping Georgian wine and watching the neighborhood come alive – you can hear the sounds from the nearby restaurants and bars, but it’s not overwhelming or anything.

The location is what really makes this B&B shine, though. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Narikala Fortress, and the sulfur baths are close enough that you can smell that distinctive eggy scent on certain days (which sounds terrible but is actually kind of nostalgic once you get used to it). The narrow streets around here are perfect for getting delightfully lost – I’d head out for coffee and end up discovering tiny galleries or stumbling into impromptu street performances. There’s this little bakery maybe two blocks away where they make fresh khachapuri in the mornings, and the owner pointed me toward it on my first day. You know what I mean about local insights mattering? That’s the kind of stuff that makes a stay memorable. The only minor thing I’d mention is that some rooms face the courtyard while others face the street, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe ask about which one you’re getting – though honestly, the street noise is more charming than disruptive. For a 4-star rating with a 7.6 score, this place delivers exactly what it promises: a genuine neighborhood experience with solid comfort and hosts who actually care about your stay.

  A nice family-run hotel in a 15-minute walk from Rustaveli metro station. Owners Mia (mother) and Nikoloz (son) are exceptionally friendly and try to accommodate the guests as possible. They speak both English and Russian.

  I had a lovely stay, great management, they took care of everything, Nikoloz was very gracious. The hotel itself is small and cosy, it has a nice balcony, where you can sit and relax after A busy day. Hotel's location itself is underneath famous Mount Mtatsminda, on a very quiet and small street in popular Vera district neighbourhood, with many touristic popular attractions nearby. My room was big and comfortable, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and quiet stay to whomever is looking for few nights in Tbilisi, It is only a few minutes walking distance from city center., in addition –
  Nikoloz is offering city tours in Georgia while Mia is looking after providing a daily rich breakfast and the overall cleaness of the hotel.

  Mia and nick are truly wonderful people. Always helpful and always smiling. The room was comfortable and the hotel is at a great location. My only complaint is some of the other guests can be too load at night, but that's on the guests, not the hotel. Stayed there for a month and had a great time. Amazing Georgian hospitality.
