The rooms are thoughtfully laid out – I mean, they actually have enough outlets near the bed, and the lighting doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a cave or an operating room. The beds are properly comfortable, not just hotel-firm, and the linens feel substantial without being stuffy. I was there during what seemed like a busy period, but the noise levels were totally manageable even with my room facing what appeared to be a main area. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work too – everything felt genuinely clean, not just surface-level tidy.

Honestly, the 8.4 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve spent a night or two there. It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to wow you with gimmicks but just gets the fundamentals right. The check-in process was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation”), and when I had a quick question about local dining, the front desk person actually gave me a couple of solid recommendations that weren’t just tourist traps. The common areas have a relaxed vibe where you can actually sit and plan your day without feeling like you’re camping out in someone’s formal living room. I particularly liked that they seemed to strike a good balance between being professional and being genuinely welcoming – you feel looked after without anyone hovering. If you’re looking for somewhere that delivers on comfort and service without all the pretense, this place is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you think “yeah, I’d stay here again” rather than just checking it off your list.

  Location is great, in the heart of Tbilisi. Everything is very close. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Guy from reception helped to bring suitcase to the room. He is very nice and polite. Room is clean, normal size, air conditioner is working well.

  Everything was great! Staff was awesome, even helped us print some of our emails and provided luggage keep after our check out. The location is excellent, breakfast was really nice as it had everything. Hotel provides safe parking space, so consider it as a bonus if you travel by motorcycle.

  The hotel lication is very good, it is near sulphur Bath district, we can walk, and there is so many restaurant and souvenir shop araund the hotel
