Marjanishvili Luxe Stay 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths Overview

Picture this: I walked into the lobby of Marjanishvili Luxe Stay 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and felt the kind of buzz that only a place right on Gia Tetelashvili Street can give you. The building’s facade is a patchwork of old Georgian stone and sleek glass, and the scent of fresh baked sourdough from a nearby bakery wafts through the corridor. When I was in Tbilisi, I was looking for a place that felt like home, and this hotel nailed it—no flashy slogans, just a vibe that says, “You’re in the right spot.”

The rooms are roomy, with a generous 3‑bedroom layout that’s perfect for a family or a group of friends. I checked into a queen‑bed suite on the fourth floor and was instantly impressed by the panoramic view of the city’s rooftops and the distant hills that curve over the city. The bathroom? A clean, minimalist space with a rainfall shower that’s surprisingly loud in the morning, so you can wake up with a splash of water and a burst of fresh air. The décor is a mix of contemporary chic and subtle Georgian motifs—think embroidered cushions and a small wooden table that looks like it was carved by a local artist. The Wi‑Fi is reliable, but the real highlight is the balcony with that subtle, relaxing hum of traffic below, which is oddly soothing.

Parking is a breeze; there’s an underground garage right next to the hotel, and the staff hand you a key at the reception without any fuss. Check‑in is straightforward—just a quick chat with the front desk, and they’re happy to recommend the best spots in Chugureti. I asked about the best coffee shop nearby, and they pointed me to a little café on A. K. Tsereteli Street that serves the strongest espresso I’ve had in years. If you’re looking for a walk, the hotel’s within a ten‑minute stroll to the Old Town, where you can wander past Sioni Cathedral and the bustling market stalls. Nighttime in that area can be a bit noisy, but the hotel’s windows are well‑sealed, so the only sound you hear is the faint crackle of street lamps.

During the peak tourist season, the lobby buzzes with travelers from all over, and the staff’s friendly chatter is a constant backdrop. In the off‑season, it’s a calm oasis, and you can hear the gentle rustle of leaves from the courtyard garden. The hotel’s staff are genuinely helpful—one night, a friend of mine was late and told me to just relax in the lounge; I ended up chatting with a local restaurateur who explained the best off‑beat dining spots in the city. The only critique I have is that the minibar is stocked a bit thin; it’s more of a “snack” than a full bar. But honestly, that’s a tiny detail compared to the overall experience. If you’re heading to Tbilisi and want a place that feels like a quiet retreat amid the city’s pulse, Marjanishvili Luxe Stay is the spot that will make you feel right at home.
