  Great view of the city! The rooms are very clean. Owners clean and change bed linen\towels every day. For those, who complain about having to walk uphill to get to the hotel – a taxi from the hotel to the central park takes 5 minutes and costs pennies.

  My husband, son, and I stayed at Ma Xata for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including shower gel, towels, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Even though we made the booking last minute and arrived around 9:00 PM, we were welcomed warmly. The address was clear, so we found the place easily.
  
  The property features a nice yard and a relaxing rooftop area with city views. They also have a cute dog who barks at first but becomes friendly and playful. If you’re not a dog lover, it might be helpful to know that the dog is kept on the first floor, behind a small gate, so it shouldn't be a problem.

  The view of the city is beautiful! Watching the sunset from the roof terrace with some wine and snacks, really nice. The room itself is also great, very spacious and comfortable and it's all nicely put together. In 15 minutes you can walk to the Sameba cathedral (or just order a taxi and you can be anywhere in the city within 10min). Can highly recommend staying here. For us it was the perfect ending of our Georgia trip

  Room was so lovely! All renovated. So clean! Aircon was excellent as it was so hot in Tbilisi. Host was super kind and friendly. Terrace was great! We sat there and watched a beautiful sunset!!! We really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money!!
