  Location and the building itself were great.
  
  What could be improved: The flat wasn’t clean but the owner insisted that we should pay additional money for cleaning. That additional charge was hidden and wasn’t displayed in “total price”. Water heater (boiler) doesn’t work properly, it should have been restarted before it could heat water. Also there were a couple of rags that were seen.
