I mean, we’ve all stayed at hotels that promise luxury and deliver fancy soap dispensers and call it a day, but this 4-star gem gets the details right in ways that matter.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone who actually travels designed this place. The lobby has that perfect balance – impressive without being intimidating, you know? I noticed they keep the lighting just dim enough that you don’t feel like you’re checking into an office building, and the seating areas are arranged so you can actually have a conversation without the whole place hearing you. What really got me was the check-in process – smooth as anything, no waiting around while they “find your reservation” or any of that nonsense. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing, and they remember your name without constantly glancing at their computer screen.

Here’s the thing about the rooms that I keep thinking about weeks later – they’ve figured out storage. I know that sounds boring, but when you’re living out of a suitcase, having actual places to put your stuff (that aren’t just a tiny closet and a prayer) makes such a difference. The beds are properly comfortable too, not just piled high with decorative pillows you have to move before you can sleep. And honestly? The soundproofing is excellent – you’re not going to be kept awake by hallway conversations or the elevator dinging all night. The bathrooms deserve a mention too because they’ve got that rainfall shower head that actually has decent water pressure, plus enough counter space that you’re not playing Tetris with your toiletries. Little touches everywhere show they’ve thought this through – USB ports where you actually need them, blackout curtains that completely close, and AC that doesn’t sound like a jet engine. The whole place just feels like they asked actual guests what annoyed them about other hotels and then fixed those things. It’s got that perfect rating of 10 for good reason – not because it’s flashy or over-the-top, but because it consistently delivers on the promise of a genuinely comfortable, well-run place to stay. You’ll leave feeling like you got exactly what you paid for, which is honestly refreshing in itself.

  The place is great! Clean, large living room, a pretty balcony, comfortable beds, full equipment, and very centrally located. Easy to walk to everything you'd want to see if it's your first time in Tbilisi. Host gave some great food/drink recommendations, remember to ask her when you arrive 🙂

  If you're looking for a good apartment in Tbilisi, you've just found it.
  The place exceeds all expectations and more. The apartment is roomy and spotless.
  The views, meanwhile, are great, property is very sunny and if needed AC works very well.. Host’s kindness and availability make the stay even more enjoyable. He was very flexible on check-in and check-out times, even offering to keep our suitcases before leaving late afternoon.
  For sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will choose this apartment if we are lucky enough to book it:)

  We had an amazing stay, there was 7 guests in total and we all slept very comfortably. The location couldn’t have a been better as it was right next to the Parliament of Georgia. The check in was simple and secure and June was very quick with replying to any queries I had. We would definitely book again and recommend this apartment for other guests!
