The rooms here are what I’d call properly luxurious without being stuffy about it. I mean, you’ve got all the high-end touches you’d expect from a 4-star property, but there’s also this attention to the little things that actually matter when you’re traveling. The lighting is spot-on (you can actually read without squinting), the bed linens have that perfect weight to them, and – this might sound weird – but the shower pressure is absolutely fantastic. I’ve stayed in plenty of places that look gorgeous but then disappoint you with a sad trickle of water, so trust me on this one. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which isn’t always a given. Check-in was smooth, and they actually listened when I mentioned I was hoping for a quieter room rather than just nodding and ignoring the request.

What really sets this place apart though is how it manages to maintain that premium feel while still being… well, human. The common areas have this lived-in elegance that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just rushing through to your room. I spent a good chunk of one evening just sitting in their lounge area, and it never felt pretentious or like I was being watched to make sure I belonged there. The whole property has this calm energy that’s honestly pretty rare – it’s busy enough that there’s a nice buzz, but never chaotic or overwhelming. And look, I’ll be straight with you – with a perfect 10 rating, you’re going to pay for this level of quality, but sometimes it’s worth it to stay somewhere that just gets all the details right. Whether you’re here for business or just treating yourself, Luxury Landing ll delivers on that promise of luxury without making you feel like you need to be on your best behavior the entire time.

  Host was amazing, helped organize restaurant reservations, and arranged a transfer service for us ! Very helpful and definitely will return to stay in his place! Walking distance of less than 5 mins to many great Tbilisi places!

  swear the god, host was a great person, who gave local tips and made us feel very welcome. The amenities were above and beyond expected. The location was nice and quiet and a short walk to everywhere. The neighborhood is very touristy. We met a lot of people from different countries and even went on the city tour together . I would definitely damn recommend it…

  Great quite place in the very central district of Tbilisi. You could go by walk to most of sightseeings, very cute balcony with little coffee table where you can have morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful view,
  Nice welcome by the host named Georgi, real master of his field, he was ready for all our asking and requirement, we were happily confused that he brought literally everything we asked for, thumbs up for George and thums up for apartment!!!
  Also i want to recomment Georgian wine named Khvantchakra, I tried it in restaurant and it was so delicious i asked wrote down it’s name in my notes:) thank you Tbilisi, Georgia!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the place!!!!
  When my wife and I arrived, was waiting for us and they showed us around and brought our bags up for us. Since this was our first time to Tbilisi, shared with us recommended places to eat and visit. He also was extremely helpful and called us a cab for our checkout when we asked.
  The entire experience was wonderful. Probably the best palace in Tbilisi!! If you are going to Tbilisi you HAVE to stay here!!!!!

  My trip to Tbilisi was very good. Hosts were very kind and gentle! And the house is very clean and cozy, with a very nice terrace in a fantastic place!! I am computer worker so fast wifi was big bonus for me, Especially i want to mention soft mattresses, they were the softest i’ve ever slept on, also We could see night view of the Mtatsminda mountain which was really beautiful in balcony.

  We had a great time in Tbilisi! The location of the apartment – in the center – is just perfect. The interior of the apartment is designed with attention to details. Comfortable beds, nice living area and bathrooms. Giorgi was super responsive and helped us with a few things we needed which was very helpful and appreciated. Overall would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.
