The bathroom situation is solid too – good water pressure, toiletries that don’t smell like industrial cleaning products, and enough counter space that you don’t have to play Tetris with your stuff.

You know what really caught my attention though? The little things they get right. There are enough outlets near the bed, the WiFi actually works at decent speeds, and the coffee in the room doesn’t taste like it was made from burnt cardboard. They’ve clearly thought about what people actually need when they’re traveling, not just what looks good in photos. The location puts you within walking distance of pretty much everything you’d want to see, but it’s on a quieter stretch so you’re not dealing with constant sirens and honking at all hours. I found myself using it as a perfect base – close enough to duck back for a quick break between activities, but far enough from the tourist chaos that evenings felt genuinely relaxing. For a 4-star place with a perfect rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for without any of the pretentious nonsense that sometimes comes with luxury hotels.

  We had a great time at the place. Everything was exactly as described and the neighborhood was very well served, it was central, very easy to reach most landmarks on foot! Only 45 minutes from Tbilisi airport! The check-in experience was also very good and the house was very clean and tidy!

  Останавливался в этой классной квартире в Тбилиси, и остался в полном восторге! Квартира находится прямо в центре, что супер удобно, все достопримечательности под рукой. При этом, несмотря на центральное расположение, она очень уютная и комфортная. Хозяин был очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым, всегда помогал и давал полезные советы. Вокруг тоже много интересных мест. Очень рекомендую!
