You know what really caught me off guard about Luxury Apartment III? The name honestly doesn’t do it justice – I was expecting some generic corporate housing situation, but this place actually has serious personality. When I first walked in, I mean, the space just felt different from your typical hotel room. It’s got this lived-in quality that makes you want to kick off your shoes immediately and actually relax, not just crash for the night.

The apartment setup is where this place really shines, and I’m talking about proper living space here – not some cramped studio with a kitchenette shoved in the corner. The kitchen actually functions (novel concept, right?), which saved me a fortune on room service and overpriced hotel breakfast. There’s something satisfying about making your morning coffee in a real kitchen while you’re traveling, especially when you’ve got decent counter space to spread out. The living area flows naturally into the bedroom space, and honestly, the whole layout just works. I’ve stayed in plenty of four-star places that felt more cramped than this, despite probably costing twice as much.

What really sold me on the place though – and this might sound weird – was how quiet it gets at night. You’d be surprised how rare that is these days, even in upscale properties. No weird humming from the HVAC, no paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from the hallway. I actually slept through the night, which for me is pretty much the gold standard for any accommodation. The attention to detail shows up in smaller ways too: proper blackout curtains (not those flimsy hotel panels that let light leak through), decent water pressure in the shower, and – this is going to sound super specific – but the WiFi actually works consistently throughout the entire space. I spent a good chunk of my stay working remotely, and there were zero dead zones or random disconnects that usually drive me crazy. The whole experience just felt more… I don’t know, human? Like someone actually thought about how people live day-to-day, not just how to pack the most amenities into a marketing brochure. That perfect 10 rating it’s got? Yeah, I can see why – it’s rare to find a place that nails both the big picture and the tiny details that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just one night.

  My sister and I recently checked out from the place. The stay was so nice, the place fantastic, right in the center of Tbilisi but without any noise of the central area. From the first moment we were well taken care of, we felt comfortable, there was nothing missing even a crib for our 4 years old. Host is very charismatic person and very aducated person, he knows all of his countries history like the back of one's hand. It was exactly what we were expecting and even more, every wish was fulfilled! Thank you!!!

  Definitely the best experience we have ever had! The apartment is very cosy, beautiful and spotlessly clean. Small touches make this place really special, we felt like at home. The location is impossible to be better, and the host is a real master of his field, checking us smoothly, was ready for everything, we were very confused after he brought literally everything we asked for.   Great apartment in a good price. Located in the center, Within walking distance to the old town. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. Apartment itself was very clean and very well equipped.
