I’ll be honest, when I first heard the name Luxury accommodation, I was a bit skeptical – it sounds almost too generic, right? But sometimes the most understated names hide the best surprises. This 4-star property completely changed my perspective on what hospitality can be when it’s done with genuine care rather than flashy marketing.

What struck me immediately was how the staff seemed to anticipate needs without being intrusive. You know that awkward dance at most hotels where you’re never sure if housekeeping will barge in or if the front desk actually remembers your name? None of that here. The check-in process was smooth – no endless forms or upselling attempts – and they actually listened when I mentioned I was a light sleeper, quietly moving me to a corner room away from the elevators without me even asking. The rooms themselves have this understated elegance that feels expensive without being pretentious. I mean, the linens were probably the softest I’ve encountered in years of traveling, and the bathroom setup was clearly designed by someone who actually uses hotel bathrooms regularly. Everything was exactly where you’d want it to be.

The thing that really sets this place apart though is the attention to those little details that most places completely overlook. The lighting has multiple settings that actually make sense for different times of day, the coffee setup includes decent beans (not that generic hotel stuff), and – this might sound weird but trust me on this – the towels stay fluffy even after housekeeping washes them daily. I’ve stayed at plenty of places with perfect ratings that somehow miss these basics. The common areas have this lived-in feel that’s comfortable without being stuffy, and there’s usually a quiet buzz of conversation that makes you feel like you’re somewhere people actually want to be. Honestly, with a perfect 10 rating, I was expecting maybe some over-the-top luxury that feels more like a museum than a place to relax, but this strikes that perfect balance between refined and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for Instagram-worthy chandeliers and marble everywhere, this might not be your scene – but if you want a place that just gets hospitality right, where you can actually unwind and feel taken care of, you’ll probably love it as much as I did.

  Wonderful apartment in a great area,
  Clean and well equipped, convenient location allowed us to freely get around the city, also the grocery store and pharmacy was around the building, really nothing to complain about, central location, fully equipped kitchen, good bathroom, professional host, and delicious, traditional Georgia. Would stay here again without question and would recommend it to anyone.

  A perfect stay. No complaints, the apartment is perfect, easy to access, metro and bus nearby. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary way. All the amenities are there to make a very good stay (kitchen accessories, fan, air conditioning). Host is very responsive, which is much appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

  Good location, close to transportation, restaurants, etc. Compact, comfortable apartment in well-maintained building. Host could not be more helpful, even arranging our transportation back to the airport, with a very helpful driver with a great sense of humor. We really fell in love with this beautiful city and with its kind people. Many thanks to the host!

  This was the very best location we have had in over 30 years of traveling to Tbilisi. Host is a very responsive and the apartment is very clean, on the upper floor of a prestige building. It is very close to major stores, restaurants and a metro station. The apartment is very quiet with an excellent elevator. We would certainly stay there again.

  One of the Most central place you can get! Amazing food choices down the road to the left and very cozy. Bakery right across the entrance. All in all an amazing location to enjoy Tbilisi. Host was friendly and fast to reply.

  Great location. 5 mins Walking from Liberty square. In the heart of the city. Everything is within 2 mins walking. I really enjoyed staying at this place. Kitchen and amenities were perfect. Bathroom and water pressure was good, Very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. recommended!!!
