The concierge gave me genuinely useful local recommendations (not just the tourist traps), and when I had an issue with the air conditioning on my third night, maintenance showed up within twenty minutes and actually fixed it properly. The restaurant on-site was better than expected – I initially planned to eat out every night, but ended up having dinner there three times because the food was legitimately good, not just “good for hotel food.”

Look, I’m not saying LUXIN is going to change your life or anything, but with an 8.9 rating, it’s clearly doing something right, and after experiencing it myself, I can see why people keep coming back. It’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, without any drama or surprises. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re traveling – a reliable, comfortable base where you can actually relax instead of wondering what’s going to go wrong next.

  Very good hotel, especially thanjs to the kind effords of the hotel director, Madame Mari, who tries to do her best to meet expectations of the hotel guests. Rooms are large enough, above the average hotel rooms in Georgia. Tv with youtube, A/C and refrigerators are available in each room. Some rooms have balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily and mostly sound proof. Most of the staff speak English. Hotel is close to Avlabari station, which is one of main centers of Tbilisi.
