I found a tiny, handwritten note on the nightstand that said, “Enjoy the city’s rhythms; it’s a bit loud at night but it’s part of the charm.” I mean, the city’s nightlife is a riot of music and laughter that spills out onto the streets, and you can almost feel the bass through the walls. The bathroom was surprisingly quiet, a welcome escape after a day of exploring.

Speaking of exploring, the location is perfect for people who want to dig into the city. Within a ten‑minute walk, you’ll find the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, the charming sulfur baths, and a handful of local eateries—like the little khachapuri joint on Petre P. Beshirashvili Street, where the cheese is melted to a perfect gooeyness. Parking is a bit of a challenge; the closest spot is a paid lot on the opposite side of the street, which is fine if you’re okay with a short walk. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, you can park a short distance away and then hop on a taxi or a bus—public transport runs like clockwork. As for noise, the hotel’s location means you’ll hear the distant hum of traffic, but the building’s windows are well insulated. If you’re a light sleeper, the city’s early morning traffic can be a bit jarring, but the room’s curtains are thick, so you’ll still get a decent rest.

Honestly, I left the hotel feeling both refreshed and a bit more connected to Tbilisi. The staff’s genuine warmth and the city’s lively atmosphere made for a memorable stay. If you’re planning a trip in the warmer months, you’ll experience the city’s bustling streets and the occasional street performer playing a violin—an unexpected delight. In winter, the city takes on a quieter, more reflective tone, and the hotel’s cozy rooms become an even more comforting haven. I’d recommend booking during the shoulder seasons—late spring or early fall—when the crowds thin out but the city’s energy remains high. All in all, Luka’s Home is not just a place to sleep; it’s a base that feels like a conversation with an old friend who knows every hidden corner of Tbilisi.

  The apartment is very cozy and spacious, with three rooms — two comfortable bedrooms and a large, bright living room. There are also two bathrooms, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the photos don’t capture the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the apartment. The host is kind, responsive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent — all essential shops and the metro are just a short walk away.

  Отличная, чистая квартира, в районе Сабуртало. Квартира со свежим ремонтом, оборудована всем необходимым для проживания большой компании(мы останавливались на 4 дня большой семьёй,5 взрослых и ребёнок 11 лет,). Два отличных сан.узла, два душа. Большая кухня-гостинная, со всей необходимой бытовой техникой. Кондиционер. Рядом станция метро, в шаговой доступности супермаркет Carrefour.
  Лука был на связи, помог решить многие вопросы. Отличная квартира. Рекомендуем.

  Нам понравилось абсолютно всё, у нас даже был крутой уютный балкон, откуда виднелись горы.
  До центра можно было добраться на дешевом такси, рядом есть кафе/рестораны/винные
